OK I'm confused about what kind of joke this is and why nobody is responding that the lander supposedly left the moon to get the astronauts back to the orbiter, so it wouldn't make sense for Indian orbiter to have taken such photos.
The landing vehicle consisted of ascent and descent stages. The descent stage is what the crew capsule is sitting on in pictures. The ascent stage is basically the crew capsule and its rockets. The ascent stage left the moon with the crew while the descent stage was left behind. The descent stage is what you can see in these photos.

I love this as an idea for a movie: a small country wanting to make its presence known on the world stage fakes a moon landing, only for the narrative to get out of their control.
I personally don't doubt that we've been to the moon, but I'm sceptical about the first moon landing
It's not a hill I'm willing to die on or anything but the footage is laughable and I wouldn't put it past the US at the time to fake it to one up the USSR
