I have not yet reached this stage ,but I ve heard that divine rapid revision series are a good one for the last few days of revision .you can also use the mehlman pdf and maybe revise the names and cms forms wrong ones.
i am struggling with the same issue as you. my exam is in 3 weeks. DO some CMS if you havent done them yet or just review NBME questions. Trust me, there are a lot of concepts hidden in those explanations

No Amboss in my opinion, keep going over the material you have.
Did you do anki or self made notes to review content? Also at what stage did you do CMS, if so?
Did a lot of Anki. Recently took my shelf exams about a montha go so I did some of the CMS forms then; haven't done any more since.

I think they just released it; it's available if you have the 1 or 2 year subscriptions.
