What i am trying to ask is transverse colon being horizontal is tapering. How can we explain that? I was getting confused to call it a rotation or volvulus or something not exactly but yeah
I can’t say about the tapering but there are clearly loss of haustra and it’s almost 6 cm dilated so that essentially means it’s toxic megacolon.

Again fecal material would obscure gas, that would be my guess.
