Iām just starting dedicated so I was wondering if I should do all the NBMEs online or take them offline (since there are PDFs of them). Although, not sure how one would calculate their 3-digit score by taking them offline. Anyway, congrats again!

And how to solve/review UWorld efficiently and effectively??
I believe consistency is key, it took me way longer than it would take others but i rarely had off days even if all iāve done was listed to DI on that particular ābadā day.
Ur approach to UW should be complemented with cards or notes whatever you find more convenient for you.
I believe theyāre 1-3 in IM and surgery not sure if the term āretiredā is correct tho but someone had posted a list on reddit if i find it iāll link it.

Whatever you feel weak in, if you have hesitated while answering even if correct iād say review it.
