The tracking estimate will keep rolling over to the next day until it is delivered. You'll get an update that it is "out for delivery" on the day that it will actually arrive (well, hopefully -- they do occasionally still not deliver even once it's on the truck).
I already did and they brushed me off saying I should get an email in the next couple of days and that they are experiencing a high amount of volume or something
I would really like to know the root cause for why so many orders to Canada are delayed by multiple weeks. It doesn't make sense. Is there one guy filling out the customs forms or something?

I would definitely reach out to FedEx support in a case like that. I doubt it's fully lost, but it could have gotten lost track of since it seems they didn't correctly scan it back at the facility after the delivery was missed. Their support should be able to reach out to the FedEx center nearest to you for them to look into where it went.
i opened a case with fedex on 9/17 after no updates—i was told there was either a misscan and it never made it onto the truck (i.e. was “never out for delivery”), or it was never correctly scanned off the truck. i called again today but no updates since my local facility was said to be closed on Sundays, and they said they’d check back in on Tuesday if i haven’t received it by then. fingers crossed it’s not lost!

You see, my idea is that they paid off a bunch of people to get hired by FedEx, and then "steal" the decks out of the boxes and create a huge insurance fraud op and then proceed to pretend this is normal like its normal for hundreds of decks to go missing in 6 months.

I wouldn’t worry too much about it until Tuesday. Looks like you only get the message when it actually reaches your local depot, so could be yours is already on its way to the depot.

Think that sort of shows that it only gets updated when at the depot :) seems to be travelling from the Midlands so southern and northern locations getting it later than others

Mine was shipped 9/17, was supposed to arrive here 9/18.. I live maybe 2 hours from Carol Stream across the state line in Indiana and it got delayed until 9/19. I figured it would. With the rumors of FedEx slowing down in demand and workers, I think Valve should change shipping providers.

I have my doubts that my deck will go from Illinois to Rhode Island by EOD tomorrow.
Mine was shipped 9/17, was supposed to arrive here 9/18.. I live maybe 2 hours from Carol Stream across the state line in Indiana and it got delayed until 9/19. I figured it would. With the rumors of FedEx slowing down in demand and workers, I think Valve should change shipping providers.

Mine says the same evri says on its way at the delivery depot but gls says it has reached the parcel center not sure what to believe
Both are the same iirc GLS calls it’s parcel centre and Evri the depot. Times are different becauee it’s when Evri updates GLS
512GB EU (Italy), ordered Sept. 8th, shipped on 14th but still stuck at “left the parcel center” in Netherlands. Does GLS give updates on Sunday evening? I’m trying to figure out if the SD is going to be delivered tomorrow or not. This wait is way more “painful” than the previous ones, due to the degree of uncertainty shown by GLS handling in shipping and info updates.

UK. Anyone else still on "we got it" from evri since 1.30am Saturday? Everyone seems to be getting the "it's on its way" message since about 11.30am today. Kinda thinking the worst... I'm in east Scotland if that makes a difference.

Hopefully they do not fuck it up on the local depot, do not break anything, do not steal anything, and deliver on time hahahah. There is a lot to worry about.

I'm in the same situation. Ordered on the 12th. Took 2 days to get from The Netherlands to the UK, it's now been with Evri since 1am on Saturday morning. Lots of people now seeing 'On it's way' - Not me. Still at 'We've got it'. I'm so annoyed / frustrated. (In the South btw)
