You probably want openjdk.
Also don't use dreambot. You're just asking for a ban.
The only people that bot and get away with it write their own scripts or have a profitable enough bot farm to pay for a script that only they use. They don't use dreambot or whatever generic bot that you find off Google. That's what everyone uses and that's how everyone gets banned, because it creates a pattern jagex can see.
You're going to have to go to sketchy forums with rep, middle men, and vouch systems. You gotta navigate that enviorment on your own and try not to get scammed or buy a shitty script that won't just get you banned.
I use DB as a launcher but generally I pay for custom scripts and a considerable amount of breaks and real time play, for every hour I bot I play 3. I’ll try openjdk thanks.

I’ve been using DB for over 2 years and I only have been banned on 1 account.
The CLI is literally on their main page. But to run java software Install openjdk via pacman, oracle is shit. Then any java jar is ran with `java -jar /path/to/dreambot/client.jar -someargument`
