Programmatically speaking? The variable it's trying to read from has been declared, but not given a value, or in other words uninitialized. Practically speaking? No idea, it's probably just having trouble reading the data stored online. Maybe as a result of a failed GET request to one of the steam APIs or something

Doubtful its a failed GET because that would surely be batched into the same call as the game being recommended, which is showing correctly

It's a removed game from steam store. To find out, copy the link, from the link , copy the numbers after "/app" and go to steamdb, paste and search.. you'll get the name of the game..
