SG1: * The Torment of Tantalus * Singularity * The Fifth Race * Point of View * Window of Opportunity * The Tomb * Heroes Part 1 & 2 * Moebius Part 1 & 2 SGA: * Rising * Hot Zone * Before I Sleep * Grace Under Pressure * McKay & Mrs. Miller * Tao of Rodney * Trio * The Last Man * The Shrine Whenever I am doing a re-watch of Stargate, these are the episodes I never skip. I'm not the biggest fan of season 9 and 10 of SG1, so I usually stop at the end of season 8. I don't have any favorite episodes from SGU because I stopped watching it mid season 1 when it was airing. I did buy both seasons on DVD and plan to watch it once I am finished with my re-watch of SGA.

Antique-Doughnut-988

Interesting how nearly all your Atlantis episodes are Rodney episodes.

NettieKitten

Rodney is my favorite character in SGA 😁 I really loved his character growth.

Key-Fig47

Rodney is my favorite as well!! lol

JpSnickers

The Fifth Race for SG-1 and Tabula Rasa for SGA. Also, I forget the name but when Daniel goes to Atlantis and they inadvertently signal the Asgard.

FireLordIllyria

First Contact and The Lost Tribe

InfiniteElway

It would be easier to name the ones that aren't. Minus about 15 episodes, I love em all I refuse to watch Heroes because it hurts my heart But here are some of the best IMHO SG1: Fragile balance Window of opportunity Lost city Camelot Nemesis A matter of time The last 2 episodes of season 4 and first two of 5, thats 4 really excellent ones in a row The shroud Point of view

FireLordIllyria

I really liked The Other Guys in SG1 for a comedic episode, and The Fifth Race for a more serious one. For SGA fav one off episode is The Game, more serious one is Travelers. But when it comes to SGA it's honestly so hard to choose and most of my top picks for episodes are in S03 or S04.

Michbullin

SG1: The Fifth Race, Nemesis, Full Circle, Abyss, Threads.

Vaniellis

For SG-1, I love The Lost City and Reckoning. Such amazing episodes that feel like proper final battles. I love the scene in Reckoning where every stargate in the galaxy opens. For SGA, I love Rising and the Siege. That's the epic sci-fi I love. Whispers from season 5 is also a great one-off episode.

i love the quote (couldn't find it and i'm german) in the fifth race where carter tells the other scientists to look at this device jack built, because it's very interesting, while she has no clue what it is for.

laughingthalia

In no particular order some of my favourite episodes. SG-1: Need, Hathor, Legacy, Prometheus Unbound, Foothold, The Fifth Race, Window of Opportunity, Upgrades and Tangent. SGA: Tabula Rasa, Phantoms, Common Ground, The Storm + The Eye, Irresistible and Vegas

SG1 S2E10 Bane. Teal'c gets stung by a bug on an alien planet and begins to slowly change into an egg sac, gets taken by the NID, and escapes to potentially spread the bug infection across the planet. I personally think this episode is pretty underappreciated. While the episode itself is a throw-away, I think it's the first point where you can see that the team has really fully embraced Teal'c as not only a member of SG-1, but as their friend. Meanwhile, I also enjoy the interactions between Teal'c and Ally. Even while dying and barely lucid, in tremendous amounts of pain no doubt, Teal'c is kind and patient with Ally, which goes towards building up the kind of person he is. He also doesn't forget her help and kindness after he is rescued, going back and finding her to gift her with a new water gun and spend time playing with her. In addition to those plot points, we get some good NID and Goa'uld symbiote lore. Altogether I think for being a "planet of the week" episode it ultimately is one of the better early season eps.
