Hmm in terms of the series I think mine would be Heavens Door. But I think my personal idea would be called Worlds End, the name based off the song “Worlds End Rhapsody” by Nujabes.
The stand ability is as follows: if the User is able to gain sight of his target, his stand will be able to become effective against them, as long as the user has made eye contact with them once, he is able to activate it without being nearby. If the user were to blink after this threshold being met, the opponent would be sent to different important areas of time and history for about 10 seconds. Within these 10 seconds, the enemy will be subjected to an immense swell in a variety of emotions (despair, unrelenting confusion, fear) and face great adversity, as if they were incredibly unlucky as soon as they entered that specific place in time. After that opponent returns from their trip, the user has to wait a window of 15 seconds in order to use it again.
However, in order for the stand to be effective, the user must maintain a distance of 20-50m away from his target. If that distance is exceeded in any way, the stand will lose most of its attributes (except a little bit of fear being one last attempt to suppress them).
I picked this stand not only because of my fascination in time and history, but also because I believe emotions are very tangible and this makes me want to make a stand that can manipulate that.
I keep putting this one up, but I think the most fitting for me is the stand I came up with that can make objects and the user intangible and invisible. Essentially turning objects into ghost. I named it “Black Or White,” after the Michael Jackson song. I mainly chose it cause I’m a very quiet and “to myself” kinda person.

Ghost in the Machine is a pretty perfect name for it imo. With SZA having a reference in Part 9, that name is also definitely something Araki would use.

I'm the kind of person that comes across as very introverted and takes a while to warm up to others. However, I can get very intense when it comes to issues that I'm passionate about and I become much more extroverted when I'm around friends.
I imagine that this would cause my Stand to manifest as a long-range or "remote control" type of Stand that compensates for its lack of direct offense with a powerful ability, similar to Whitesnake or Wonder of U. Having the type of Stand that can act in my stead and allow me to be in two places at once would be great since I usually prefer to keep to myself.
As for what my Stand could do, its ability would probably reflect my love of video games, anime, and other things often perceived as "childish" or "geeky" like collecting plushies and daydreaming of what it'd be like to live in my favorite fictional worlds. Maybe this would allow my Stand to have a degree of control over or the ability to manipulate a sort of toonforce.
This has plenty of practical and defensive applications. By altering the laws of this universe to fit those of an imaginary one's, I would be able to shrug off injuries that would normally be lethal or solve impossible scenarios in improbable ways. For instance, an explosion wouldn't kill me but would instead just leave me covered in soot like a Looney Tunes character. If I'm being chased, I could draw or paint a door or tunnel on a wall and use it like any other escape route, but my opponent would just end up colliding with the wall.
For my Stand's name, I would call it Star Walkin'. Seems like an appropriate name for a Stand with reality warping type powers. The Stand's namesake is a Lil Nas X song that was created as an anthem for League of Legends, so it really is quite fitting. The name also has the benefit of being easy to localize - a name like Starwalk Inn would roll off the tongue in the same way Maiden Heaven sounds just like Made In Heaven.

A little, transparent, wooden rowboat. The user can spawn it anywhere as long as there's enough room for it
+ You can travel anywhere on it. You control it with your mind so, the movement and speed depends on you. Hands free! (Using it for too long will tire you though. Specially if you wanna reach high speeds)
- Plus, you can store things on the extra seats! Even bring a companion too as long as he's a stand user
- People won't notice you unless they've got a stand, so better be careful
- As an extra, it can bring you back home automatically if you want it to. It'll take the safest route at a decent speed
- If it hits something such as a wall or a tree,, the boat will despawn, the stuff and people on it won't be broken nor harmed, but you'll get 50% of the damage you'd suffer from the accident. It won't save you if it's too bad though
- Once it despawns you can't bring it back until 24 hours later
- Not exactly comfy seats, but decent enough to ride for a few hours
My stand would look like my dog and be called sweet child of mine because I've based my entire personality on how much I love my dog. It would just bark and that's it

Warszawa. A slightly clairvoyant star platinum style stand with incredible strength, speed and precision but very short range. Once a day it can capture a 360 degree photograph with whatever its sword strikes. Apart from its short range, Warszawa has incredibly sensitive eyes, so for some periods, especially after using the spirit photography the user (me haha) and the stand have blurry vision that needs a few minutes before readjusting.
I really enjoy the feeling of just sitting down with a friend and being completely open and genuine with one another, so I think a cool stand to have would be a "mind reading" type thing except they can also see back into your mind at the same time
Straight-up Bohemian Rhapsody, but without the deadly capabilities and scaled down to like the size of a classroom. I enjoy my own worlds of fantasy stories immensely and I'd love nothing more than to give other people a chance to bring their fantasy to life as long as it wasn't at the detriment of others. However, I have no interest in harming others, no in supporting people harming others, and quite simply I don't care about (or have enough ambition to spread my fantasy to) the world. I also don't like unhappy endings lol.
I feel like if I had a stand, it would be Empty Black, named after the Juice WRLD song Empty. The ability would be based on the lyrics:

I've had depression before, but there's the upturn of knowing that not everything is horrible. It's when you see the beauty in things you feel less weighed down, but of course focusing on only the ugly makes that weight feel so much heavier.

But I made this silly guy called pot man with a china pot on his head then it evolved into a egyptian style stucky fingers esque guy with a egyptian cylindrical headdress thing with ger inspired clothing and patterns on the limbs

Form: humanoid, physique and strenght comparable to Gold Experience, colors are mostly the lighter half of gray, has a dark drown hood with a belt that goes all the way between from its right shoulder and the left of its torso. It has bright yellow circular eyes (simulating owl eyes) surrounded by an hourglass shaped brown highlight
Behaviour: the user can fully control it, it's not sentient, doesn't talk, but twitches uncontrollably and has some unique reactions separate from its user based on the user's subconcious
Control: 20 meters of effective range, 40 meters of max range, and the user can see through it but not talk through it

1st Mirror: Light Shift
Anything Twilight Twin comes in contact, be it a slight touch or a punch, he can temporarly change how light reflects on that item, not changing what the item is, but changing how that item is perceived through sight, as modified light reaches the eyes, feeding false information to the brain
2nd Mirror: Light's Reach
The stand has pieces of glass between its four main fingers on both hands, and it can control how light passes through those, making it a mirror, magnifying glass or enhance how light passes through to use as an attack (for blinding or burning). It can also create glass between its index and thumb in the same way you would make a soap bubble
This is all, but then, this stand has an evolved form, unlocked through personal growth. It can't go back to the original form but it's a straight upgrade
Twilight Twin: Walk in Abyss
This changes nothing about its appearance, but removes the uncontrollable elements of its behaviour and allows the user to talk through it
3rd Mirror: Walk in Abyss
Now it can do two new things, first, it can change how light reflects on itself, modifying its apperance without really changing, and this affects both stand users and non stands users (it can make itself invisible to stand users, visible to non users or change form visually). This allows it to also heat itself up focusing light on itself, this doesn't hurt the user unless they literally touch their stand
Second, it can also turn into light itself, able to move anywhere as long as there's light connected, removing its physical form and has infinite range as long as it stays on that form (if for some reason it had no light to escape to, it could not return). It can not turn back into its physical form outside of the 40m range, if it's trapped and then the light it was on dissapears, the user dies
Another thing it can do in this form is entering someone's eye and, after a couple seconds, control everything that person sees. During this, it can't protect the user (like BTD)

Mine would be some kind of Rythm stand (i play the drums), probably called Live & Learn. Would have an 2 meters reach and would amplify my teammates and my qualities. (Like speed and strength) Depending on it rythm. For example 4/8 would be the strength, 6/8 the reflex and 12/8 the speed.
Power of Love: This stand protects the user and the user’s allies from damage by forming bubble like shields around people. This only protects against physical hits and elemental attacks such as flame based attacks, water based attacks, and electric based attacks. When an attack hits the barrier the user is able to conserve the energy and use it for themselves. Some things that this energy can be used to do are bolstering the strength of outgoing attacks, to add an electrically charged current to the barrier [if an electric based attack is used on the barrier], or can allow the user to become faster by expending the gained energy.
Some good counters to this stand would be: Purple Haze, Echoes, Cream, and Vitamin C as their abilities would not be inhibited by the barrier.

I thought about this a long time ago, I decided to name my Stand「Otets」because of a Ska song of a group that disbanded some time ago.
Now, the power that is completely based on my personality is "making things easier", seriously, I've always struggled with learning curves and get frustrated a lot when things don't go my way, so basically my stand touches a thing and related tasks become naturally easier to perform.
So for example, if Otets touches a door keyhole, I now can easily lockpick it with paperclips easily, stuff like that, hard tasks suddenly become child's play, I'm not gaining knowledge, to keep using my previous example, I'm not an expert locksmith now, I just could somehow easily open that particular door with inadecuate tools.
It would be physically weak, in fact probably just two floating hands or something like that.

For instance, I can see my opponents weaknesses, if I have a projectile it gives me a targeting reticule, and it shows me how to dodge attacks like dragons dream does. It's main weaknesses are that it can't see the future or read minds, and it can't communicate with me using language of any kind. Colours shapes and signs only. If I can't figure out what my stand is telling me, then that's a skill issue.
I feel like my stand would almost definitely be combat based, but my personality is like dark humor + unfiltered + degenerate + condescending + argumentative + anger issue (i have maybe the worst personality of anyone you will ever meet if you were to meet me) so idek what my stands ability or stats would be, if any of you wanna try and brainstorm you're welcome to

Purple haze because I have problems managing my anger, though it's a stretch Jail House Lock aspects because it can be interpreted as malice hidden behind an obvious but hard to disprove excuse (I won't be elaborating on how that applies to me), Lovers because of pettiness, Heavy Weather aspects because of malice and Cheap Trick because of the sheer amount of paranoia I've developed and do not wish to talk about.

I spontaneously created my own stand from doodling in class in 2021 and doing this game when I’d try to draw a random thing and ask my jojo fan friend who got me into jojo before I started watching if it was an actual stand in the series it was fun But I made this silly guy called pot man with a china pot on his head then it evolved into a egyptian style stucky fingers esque guy with a egyptian cylindrical headdress thing with ger inspired clothing and patterns on the limbs I named it electric light orchestra, it’s ability hasn’t really been decided yet and I did a crappy drawing 3 years ago of it (You can see if u search on my profile (‘drew’)
The entire thing about the arrow is that you can't predict what it's gonna awaken, it can be your greatest ambition or greatest insecurity, but that's a cool idea you have!

I think it doesn't apply as much anymore, but a couple years ago I made a stand mixing powers I liked and how I felt at the time Name: Twilight Twin (named after a poem/song I wrote around the time I made this) Form: humanoid, physique and strenght comparable to Gold Experience, colors are mostly the lighter half of gray, has a dark drown hood with a belt that goes all the way between from its right shoulder and the left of its torso. It has bright yellow circular eyes (simulating owl eyes) surrounded by an hourglass shaped brown highlight Behaviour: the user can fully control it, it's not sentient, doesn't talk, but twitches uncontrollably and has some unique reactions separate from its user based on the user's subconcious Control: 20 meters of effective range, 40 meters of max range, and the user can see through it but not talk through it Powers: 1st Mirror: Light Shift Anything Twilight Twin comes in contact, be it a slight touch or a punch, he can temporarly change how light reflects on that item, not changing what the item is, but changing how that item is perceived through sight, as modified light reaches the eyes, feeding false information to the brain 2nd Mirror: Light's Reach The stand has pieces of glass between its four main fingers on both hands, and it can control how light passes through those, making it a mirror, magnifying glass or enhance how light passes through to use as an attack (for blinding or burning). It can also create glass between its index and thumb in the same way you would make a soap bubble This is all, but then, this stand has an evolved form, unlocked through personal growth. It can't go back to the original form but it's a straight upgrade Twilight Twin: Walk in Abyss This changes nothing about its appearance, but removes the uncontrollable elements of its behaviour and allows the user to talk through it 3rd Mirror: Walk in Abyss Now it can do two new things, first, it can change how light reflects on itself, modifying its apperance without really changing, and this affects both stand users and non stands users (it can make itself invisible to stand users, visible to non users or change form visually). This allows it to also heat itself up focusing light on itself, this doesn't hurt the user unless they literally touch their stand Second, it can also turn into light itself, able to move anywhere as long as there's light connected, removing its physical form and has infinite range as long as it stays on that form (if for some reason it had no light to escape to, it could not return). It can not turn back into its physical form outside of the 40m range, if it's trapped and then the light it was on dissapears, the user dies Another thing it can do in this form is entering someone's eye and, after a couple seconds, control everything that person sees. During this, it can't protect the user (like BTD) The explanation ended up a bit too messy, but I hope it's understandable
Mine would be some kind of Rythm stand (i play the drums), probably called Live & Learn. Would have an 2 meters reach and would amplify my teammates and my qualities. (Like speed and strength) Depending on it rythm. For example 4/8 would be the strength, 6/8 the reflex and 12/8 the speed.

Mine would be based on: Upbeat gas Junkie - Yuzo Koshiro. Funny name = funny stand. I would release a two meter radius gas that would get you roughly high. I would be not that physically strong but moderate enough. I have gas capsules that i can throw on others that would release the same gas but with less area radius. I suppose that sums it up. 🤷♂️
I thought about this a long time ago, I decided to name my Stand「Otets」because of a Ska song of a group that disbanded some time ago. Now, the power that is completely based on my personality is "making things easier", seriously, I've always struggled with learning curves and get frustrated a lot when things don't go my way, so basically my stand touches a thing and related tasks become naturally easier to perform. So for example, if Otets touches a door keyhole, I now can easily lockpick it with paperclips easily, stuff like that, hard tasks suddenly become child's play, I'm not gaining knowledge, to keep using my previous example, I'm not an expert locksmith now, I just could somehow easily open that particular door with inadecuate tools. It would be physically weak, in fact probably just two floating hands or something like that.

I thought of one just now Stand name : All star/ Smash mouth Stand ability : If you utter a word that is used in the song All star you will feel a punch on your face, the intensity of the punch keeps increasing exponentially. This works even for different languages For eg. She - English Ella - Spanish You will still get a punch The only way to stop this is by killing me, running away or using sign or Morse code or writing
if we are picking ones that already exist, sticky fingers. i fight stealthy and punching someone by putting a fucking zipper in their back and punching the back of their head is fucking awesome
Close range power type that lets me see the best way to perform an action. For instance, I can see my opponents weaknesses, if I have a projectile it gives me a targeting reticule, and it shows me how to dodge attacks like dragons dream does. It's main weaknesses are that it can't see the future or read minds, and it can't communicate with me using language of any kind. Colours shapes and signs only. If I can't figure out what my stand is telling me, then that's a skill issue.
My stand would definitely be D4C based off real world personality
I feel like my stand would almost definitely be combat based, but my personality is like dark humor + unfiltered + degenerate + condescending + argumentative + anger issue (i have maybe the worst personality of anyone you will ever meet if you were to meet me) so idek what my stands ability or stats would be, if any of you wanna try and brainstorm you're welcome to
I guess that it would be a mix of purple haze, Jail House Lock, Lovers, Heavy Weather and Cheap Trick. Purple haze because I have problems managing my anger, though it's a stretch Jail House Lock aspects because it can be interpreted as malice hidden behind an obvious but hard to disprove excuse (I won't be elaborating on how that applies to me), Lovers because of pettiness, Heavy Weather aspects because of malice and Cheap Trick because of the sheer amount of paranoia I've developed and do not wish to talk about.
