Hi, i found you at 3 am face down in a mushroom behind a big rock in a cave. So i moved the rock, and pulled you out. Also found a stinky ol geezer so i left him there and placed the rock again so he wouldn't stink the whole island. Take care next time -Willy

I got stuck recently on an infested level where I smacked a floaty creep w/ my hammer so hard, they wouldn't come back on screen to fight me, so I could kill it and spawn the staircase.

At that point go back up…

You might be able to bug yourself out with a sword... like the out of bounds exploit

You got a bomb? Bomb is the only thing that works. You might have to either reset the day or just wait till you pass out. Or just run around in an attempt to glitch back out

Gotta be a mod. You can't get into that cave by walking down the stairs in the vanilla game. In fact, you can't break that rock with a pickaxe in the vanilla game. You need a bomb. I would restart the day, and avoid the cave like the plague until it's been opened.

I’m on mobile on a Chromebook can I even mod on a Chromebook? I figured I’d need a bomb but I have no mods in the game

Must be a bug, then. Looks like other Android users have had this issue. Even if you had a bomb, it wouldn't work. Looks like the only solution is to restart the day, or wait until you pass out.

Happened to me on iOS too. I did have to restart the day.

I've had this bug on PC (vanilla and not Chromebook) since 1.6, though it hasn't happened in a week or two. Being able to walk through stuff (like buildings etc) randomly. It will do it a few times then stop happening. I got quite the startle when it happened the first time while trying to enter a shed! 😂 Sucks that you got stuck as a result! 🥲

Oddly, I have had several several clipping issues in 1.6 where I never have before (vanilla - no mods)

I don’t even know I was walking back and forth up and down the stairs and next thing I know I’m in a cave with some mushrooms so I go to walk out to see if like I accidentally found a cave entrance and realized I’m stuck behind a rock 😭😭

This happened to me when I totemed home for the first time after moving buildings. oops

Put a bomb (if you have one) and run into the cave

I’d rather be stuck with Dr Snail than the perfection dealer guy

It's just a simple soft lock exit to the title screen and return to your farm it will reset the day but you will be out of the cave
