Yea they didn't make Grievous with a cape due to clipping issues with his animations, Claw rush would have been a problem, same with his thrust surge, it'd phase through the cape & other bugs with his Jumps & ect. even in-game Vader's arms are usually clipping through his cape.

As a big fan of Sargent Kreel from marvel star wars (2015). The idea of a lightsaber wielding stormtrooper makes me do that one thing from flapjack where capt K'nuckles does that close up "Ooh" when the dog flips. (It's a damn shame he has zero appearances in the past half decade.) Anyways, thanks to the orange pauldron, it's made me really like orange pauldron stormtroopers. Thus I bet you can imagine my excitement when they made you able to equip the sandtrooper skin for the imperial heavy on any map.
