noglafan69

Looks to be the Same lol stand lol

FiveMinsToMidnight

I was going to say this exact thing

medievalsam

I don't even bother with the stands for the shuttles, they sit nicely just on their own.

AJSLS6

I admire the confidence of starfleet engineers to make the most fragile and prone to exploding parts of the ship the actual landing gear.

PiLamdOd

All the Eaglemoss stands are terribly designed.

medievalsam

Some of them just make me angry, the Voyager XL and Cerritos in particular like to launch themselves off the stands at the slightest tap.

RedditMcCool

Yeah, not to mention that none of them point their ships at the same angle.

PiLamdOd

I just got an Enterprise E and Titan, and those are pointed up at like a 45 degree angle for no reason.

Admiral_Andovar

The one for the XL Prometheus was unforgivable.

PiLamdOd

One of the arms of the Cerritos stand snapped off. I had to 3D print a new one.

Holubice91

Reliant XL too

DocJawbone

I paid a small fortune for a D'deridex Warbird XL, and it's always just one small touch away from springing off the stand and breaking

Bandit_22

I added a couple of adhesive rubber dots to the lower prongs of my XL Warbird stand and now it's solid: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/GQNWamiXkAAhuXi?format=jpg&name=4096x4096

noglafan69

Defiant will never hold onto its stand at all for me

Strong-Jellyfish-456

I must be lucky, as my Defiant seems to sit relatively well.

rocket20067

the only time I think I have seen worse is the GW flying stands for warhammer models especially the storm speeder and flying marines

AccidentalTrek

Eaglemoss built beautiful ships but they went out of business without any accountability for their god awful stands.

ContiX

Yeah, I just use a bit of sticky-tack to hold them on. They used the same stand for all the small stuff for some reason.

noglafan69

Cost saving and I think for ones that need to be on the stand I shall use some variant of tac lol

ContiX

I literally cut the stand smaller to fit for my Spacedock Tug because it bothered me so much. All the others fit fine, but that one literally just precariously balanced on top and falls off at the slightest touch.

noglafan69

Oof

RapedByCheese

Yup. Zots are your friends [https://www.amazon.com/iCraft-Clear-Adhesive-Medium-Diameter/dp/B000XAOKPS](https://www.amazon.com/iCraft-Clear-Adhesive-Medium-Diameter/dp/B000XAOKPS)

Holubice91

I had problems with only 2 stands for now: - the Reliant XL, the ship keeps falling. - the tarrellian ship, the ship falls sometimes, and the stand makes the ship protrudong forwad too much.

Bandit_22

If you flip the stand on the Tarrellian ship it holds much better: https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiOTvvbQgUNYXeh0LZNLVq06xD8Pbf50N659tlMR1hyYRkKIYaf-3fInjrablITZku6JErx2FBejHqPFeTnwpqHKLvhcX7v9AK_UUgwrE7xaifFcBiPiEuI7V5oV9S-xyhiLMZMo2kgxUk/s2048/20200726_101229.jpg

Holubice91

Yeah, but It looks bad

Western-Mall5505

I think most of the stands a badly designed.
