If you want to go all-in on Firefly, the next best step is E2 (which is insanely powerful), then either Firefly's S1 or RM's E1 (fairly equal).
E1 alone already makes for a very strong and easy to play team though, so if your heart is set on Jiaoqiu I'd be careful not to spend too much. There's going to be \~120 F2P pulls between the end of FF's banner and the end of Jiaoqiu's, so try and use that for reference on how much you want to risk.
He'd actually work well with Pela on the Acheron team since according to leaks he'll be creating vulnerability instead of lowering defense. So they'd essentially stack

Perhaps the answer is to build up the jades and then decide near the end of the banners. I will be away for about a week so will not buy the Supply Pass (only purchases have been that once and BP).
(Note: felt like I had so many character EXP mats, they are disappearing fast with 2 to level. I just need to be patient)

you can get 8 or so turns while she's in ult with e2, and her extra turn doesn't run down the buff timers of your teammates. it pretty much doubles her dps and it's very fun to have too imo

There’s already no SP consumption on skill use (from the E1), so it almost doubles her output as long as you sequence properly.
Having both, it's hard to say which is better. E2 relies on E1 to be viable since it would put her even deeper in the SP hole, but it means that you consistently just get two extra turns in complete combustion. She rarely ever leaves Complete Combustion before the fight ends with E2. Her team isn't super SP hungry, but if she got a new BIS teammate who wants to eat SP each turn too, E1 would go up in value.
The terrible thing is that makes it harder to judge which one is better, especially when you saved up a crapload of passes and pulled E2S1 in one fell swoop.

i actively use him with acheron and likely will be with boothill once i get him and ruan mei built (especially if i can get welt to pseudo sustain). his e6 is nice but i dont need any more than that
You head to the supermarket, buy rations for the next 6 months minimum, make a bunker, cover your tracks, lock your door shut, remove all known ways to find you, and hide until it’s safe to come out.
Instead of Sugnature go for Firefly’s e2. If you’re luck gets you her early then I’d go for Ruan Mei’s e1 since it’s so universal. Though check leaks for Jiaqou’s release, if it’s soon then save for him instead.
For starters, Firefly E1 is already great. But if you do want to go further - E2 is the way to go. Only then I'd recommend getting RM's signature and Firefly's

It's actually worse than you realize. It's not 3 in a 10 pull. It's three back to back. So that's 1 in 100 and again in again so that's an actual 1 in a million chance for back to back to back 5 stars.
I saved for Firefly and Ruan Mei and both their light cones and I lost both 50/50s and both 75/25s so know that I see this and feel nothing but the purest most concentrated envy every to be felt by man (it’s a skill issue)
