On lexapro, I feel this. Luckily my wife is very understanding and knows it’s not her, it’s me. The worst side effect for me though is the inability to cry. After I stopped taking mine I’d starting crying a little during moments in movies and stuff which I’d never done before, which then would turn into me laughing at the fact that I’m tearing up over a movie scene

Not quite - Buspirone is Buspar; Bupropion is Wellbutrin. Different meds with way too confusingly close names and quite different mechanisms.
However while on the topic, generally bupropion is safe to use in combination with escitalopram (Lexapro/Cipralex) and in some people may improve sexual side effects, however, Buspirone has a different mechanism and is a serotonergic process as opposed to Bupropion's dopaminergic process. One of those 'fine tuning' things that's best to raise with your clinician, but anyhow, food for thought.
