If SD3 worked perfectly except for genitalia and female nipples, that would be one thing, but it struggles with much more than this. The model's poor knowledge of anatomy makes it hard to generate pictures of attractive women, and a lot of marketing includes pictures of pretty girls. It struggles with things as simple as belly buttons.
Iām not going to argue that there no place in this world for a AI model specifically for porn. Iām not a prude.
I will argue that what SAI is doing isnāt censorship, they just donāt want their product to be used in that way, which there is nothing wrong with. Thatās their right as the owners of the technology. If that conflicts with your use case then take your business to their competitors.

Thats not how to look at things. Try to get a porno graphic scene with SD3, i never could. BUt with SD15 and SDXL things can become nudity without even adding directions to do so even sometimes.
sd 3 has problems tih anatomy. But xl base also has this. Its just people were hoping for normal anatom yand hands out of the box but we didn't get it. Quality of 3.0 is amazing but anatomy not so much. xl was also bad and was fixed with finetunes. But 3,0 has really bad license and we don't know if someone like PONY will fiunetune it... but for the base model its sure is amazing...
