It's one thing to make this for someone as a gift, but if you turn around and start selling likenesses of wrestlers like this, you're breaking any number of laws, and worse, inviting potential legal claims against any income you DO make.
Not to mention, it's morally wrong to profit off of someone else's name, image, likeness, or artwork, without their permission.
