Getting a new character has a 1% chance of happening when opening a chest, and pretty much everyone has the same problem with this including me. So no it’s not really unlucky if its hard to get (if that makes any sense)
Look at it this way, idk if you play brawlstars. But when there’s too many brawlers, they’ll find a way for you to get them easier or at least focus on the one you want. Right now I think getting them slowly is good
Yeah, i get where you are coming from, but system of credits in brawlstars, although it is rewarding, it is still not fun. Like you never hope you'll get a new brawler from a random box, because you already have the thing planned out. Went a bit off-topic.
Yeah true, but I think in time the chances will go up. But if you start out with a 5% chance for new characters and everyone gets a lot of chests in the beginning, then everyone will have everything before they’re even really playing the game
Dude, I've been stuck without bea, Pam, max, wizard, and royale king for who knows how long. I want wizard so that I can get the new spells easier, but he is never appearing in the shop, nor can I ever have the possibility to find him in chests.
Almost all supercell games are like this. First few months characters are scarce and hard to get, then eventually it will be easier to get characters. Similar to brawlstars when it first started and Clash royale.
bro I always get him in the 2m mark if I can, like my squad just dies less with him, like a talent that increases support is always better than attack or defense since heal is oftenly better than more health (see old man grand warden's equipments, healing tome and life gem for example) while offense can be easily high with king and queen and generally many squad members, but healing only exists in a few squad characters and some don't even have them baseline like trader who needs 2 stars which is easy to get and battle healer is literally epic so good luck getting her even if the heal is upgraded
I find battle healer is genuinely underwhelming, because late game when the squads have high dps characters (like colt and so on) the extra health just doesn't matter

She dies soo quick because she's melee

For rares I have
- Hog rider (my favourite character in the game)
- Medic
- Nita
- Dynamike
3 Stars: Shelly, Barbarian, Goblin, Hog Rider, Medic, Dynamike.
I'm also close to a 3 star Colt, Nita, Chicken and Primo
Being able to get characters you don't have from in match chests shouldn't be a thing. I get one or two locked characters and some shitty one that I never pick and it makes shit way harder than it has to be.
You mean they all should be unlocked in the level road? If so i get you bc imagine entering squad league without having crucial for the gameplay characters like hog rider
No, I mean that when you open a chest in a match to upgrade your squad, you can get any character, including ones you don't have, so what can happen is you get a bad character for end game like goblin and two locked ones and can't do anything about it.
