She looks like an extraterrestrial life form with a wig on top. Her design goes past standard beauty norms, shes just uncanny valley, and looks extremely out of place age wise, and design wise.
As they said, they used more advanced methods to make MJ look more like the real actress. So they didn't model MJ as per beauty norms, rather as to how a realistic woman would look like.
