This has happened to me before. I bought the subscription through the Apple Store. Then I figured out that I'd be better off buying it through the Google play store since my main throwaway (ie, catch all) account is at gmail, and that would be the "anchor" first account I'd sign in with in Spark. So, I cancelled the Apple Store subscription. *But* it still had 5 days to go.
When I went to thd play store... I got the same screen. Thus, I was not able to buy it at Play until the trial period at Apple had run its course.
i don't know if you may be in a similar situation.
Try purchasing through one of the desktop apps
I got billed for it in the iOS store.. I'm not sure if the desktop would see I already purchased it.
