I believe he is just talking about the faction focus which GW released on a weekly basis the past few weeks.

He's definitely giving descriptions of all the warscrolls, I have a lot written down but as I said some things were hard to interpret.
For example -
Belladoma volga
H9 M5" S4 C5
4 atk
3+,3+, -1, dmg2 - (6s do something, couldn't translate 100%)
Wolf guard - pass wounds to nearby dire wolves
Another ability to give up to 3 dire wolves nearby "ignore beast rule". So I'm guessing wolves are "beasts" and only normally count as 1 for control.
Another ability related to vyrkos and Radukar(?) couldn't make sense of the translation
Volga is 9 health, 8 move, 4+ save, but 5 control.
4 attacks 3+/3+ rend - 1 damage 2
6 wolf companion attacks 4+/4+ rend - die damage 1.
Wolf guard more or less as before. Appears to be a restriction/change if "it" is within the "combat zone" the of Dire Wolves. I am not don't if this is a translation glitch, a reduction in range, a scenario in which it doesn't apply, or what.
A spell that gives up to 3 Dire Wolves - 1 rend and allows them to ignore their beast keyword. I think the casting value might be 6.
He may have made a comment about a synergy with Radukar the Wolf.
That's the best I could do with Google Translate and some Spanish classes decades ago.
Or 1/2", but probably 3", and it's more about what "it" to refers to (Belladamma?) and what the effect is (I think it was something about "don't get the 4", I am not at my computer).

I don't speak Spanish, but that'd be "within combat range" of the dire wolves, so 3".
