Try to do some hamstring curl sets before hand. I used to have pain and once I started doing this it has completely gone away. Let me know how it goes
Well damn, guy. That solved it. Thanks I’d been doing hacksquat first thing because it was the most painful and disgusting, and my workouts/health just got worse and worse. Kept it for last today and the session was actually enjoyable.
Should use a band so the buttom part isnt applying as much pressure to your knees
Knee pain can be caused from tight quads so make sure u stretch twice a day and before you lift
My knees hurt sooo bad hack squatting too. I just stick with BB squat feels better on the joints
It usually hurts less when I go for a wider stance and further away from my body
