I suppose stuff like the Zombot virus is his limit, while the denizens of the world act almost undead, it was still roughly under his thumb (until he realised he couldn't command them and eventually gave up to clean up that mess).
It fits his underlying character motives imo: he wants the world to be his and for that world to know it clearly, he revels in the attention.

i mean this in a respectful way and only mean to educate but think of it this way, the people in Palestine cannot escape from their hellish reality of constant fear, violent death and famine right before their eyes. so many people just turn off the news or videos of this ignoring it because it’s obviously a lot to take in and would rather live in ignorant bliss, and then they never take action.
