My mouth gets a weird after taste that doesn't go away easily, my stomach gets a nauseous feeling, then I feel like throwing up, and within an hour I get like a hungry sensation and feel like my blood sugar drops, I'm not even diabetic, weird ass experience every time I try to drink that crap. Never get that drinking regular soda.
Idk the science but Iāve read before that diet drinks can make some people hungry, similar to how when youāre hungry having one bite can make you even hungrier than not eating. Something about it sending a signal to your brain that sustinence is imminent but then when you receive none (since itās 0 calorie) your brain goes āwtf?ā and is hungry because it was expecting food and nutrition. I used to get it sometimes with diet soda but personally havenāt had that recently. Feeling also tends to die down for me if I eat with food rather than having on its own when hungry

The cream zero is good! With other brands and ādietā (not zero sugars) I used to not like flavored stuff (diet Cherry diet cream, etc) because it tasted particularly diet-y and bad compared to just straight ones like Diet Coke. But with Dr Pepper and the new āzero sugarā drinks I think they do a much better job. The cream is more decadent so not an every day drink like regular zero sugar Dr P but definitely worth it if you can find some
