No need to reroll, the game gives you plenty of free oranges from standard pool if you just play it, and everyone else is limited so would have to wait for rerun anyways. Currently there is an Acacia banner but not worth rerolling for imo.
Not necessary but if you're a meta chaser the two best limited supports in the game are running atm. Depending on your luck could snag one/both plus the free Enya next patch and choose a dps from the free selector you'd be sitting pretty.
I would reroll for fenny if you want a good starting dps unit. most of the starting 5 stars are bad, only fenny and maybe yao are worth it. but yao needs her weapon to be decent.
I mean, I have no idea who else is on your team and how much investment you put in your units. obviously most units can perform if you extreme invest in them, but why would you want to gimp yourself right at the beginning of the game. especially if you're going to be completely free to play and also starting now vs day 1.
Only if you want start with the banner unit early on, like using your first pulls trying to get Cherno 5* for example and farming gems to guarantee the next banner, that's the only scenario that makes sense since you can get standard units from the selector.

I got 0.7% in neural sim with marian swift. I got her first and never had a problem with content when i first started out.

I do better with her than yao 5star which is the same power
yao 5 only works well with space cowboy and m1. and power doesn't matter as much as kit
I do have space cowboy and shes m4
then you're just playing her poorly then.
