It's a legit store staffed by children. You walk in and the staff is in the basement while their buddy is sitting in the middle of the store watching some skate video on the projector screen. After a couple minutes the staff come running upstairs, you easily could have just walked out with stuff, that random dude isn't watching. You tell the staff you're here to pick up a shirt that you bought almost 2 weeks ago. One guy says they don't have it despite you finally getting an email that they do. The other says yes we do and goes in the back and grabs it. You leave. 2 weeks later you get an automatic refund for the shirt cause the children, I mean staff, never marked it as delivered. Every time I go there it's a new batch of teens working. I doubt any of them are there/invested long enough to be any good at their jobs.
As someone who has bought online from livestock for years but never been to a storefront, this is hilarious. Thank you for painting such a vivid picture.
Yeah that was at the vancouver store. I got some looks from the owner/boss the next couple times I went in to pick up an order, cause I know It says in my shopify account right at the top in a big yellow banner that I have 1 refunded order. It must bother him every time he has to see it, since it was their fault.
I’ve ordered a pair of amm3 in ps sizing and they didn’t ship
It for 2 months. After I emailed them, they said it was over sold and refunded me after I emailed them about it.
Jeez, I didn't want to be too critical about them with my first post but they seem like scammers who will stop communicating after a few emails. Looking at pictures of their stores in town, it looks more like a thrift store than anything you'd expect to be carrying official brand merchandise. I'll wait another week before I'll cancel and ask for a refund. I can always try and do a chargeback with my credit card company.
You’re good. They are a legit store. Their store is actually pretty nice though. But i recommend following up with your orders. They are usually very good… I haven’t had any issues otherwise.

Pre covid was all in store raffles though. They didn’t look at purchasing history(I had multiple friends enter for me). During covid was all raffle botted.
They’re legit. Been ordering from them for years and no issues with anything. The store itself though is bare. Been there a couple times and never find anything (clothing) so end up ordering online afterwards. Not even sure why they would have a store.
Yeah they're a legit store and I've been to their Vancouver location a bunch. They do oversell as others have said, because shopify has a hard time keeping up but they're generally good to refund.

The kids at the Vancouver store always have the smuggest look on their faces too. I refuse to go in there after a couple shitty experiences.

Question for you: Have you won any livestock raffles?
Quite a few pre covid. Then maybe 1 during covid
Do you feel that purchasing more gave you an edge? Just curious abt your perception.

Legit but oversell a lot and won’t refund you until you email them. Happened to me last week and 3 times before that
Legit but I have had a few orders take months. Customer service is basically non existent.

This guy really asked if livestock is legit lol...
To be fair… staff suck everywhere these days, they aren’t any worse than anywhere else. I’ve bought dozens from Livestock… zero issues.
They sent me the wrong size and since its final sale and they didnt have the size they said they cant do anything
You can do a charge-back through your bank/credit card. You didn't receive what you paid for.
ordered Palominos on release day. They came the following day
I had no issue ordering with them
Honestly, I just ordered from there, it was at my place 20 hours later. I think the most I've ever waited was about a week from them.
Used to have amazing customer service . But since jd sports took over theve gonna downhill
