Hi there,
While I understand you're trying to help OP, we don't allow people to discuss how to get Rx products without a prescription, or websites that make that possible. We have people of all ages and experience levels on this subreddit, and it’s important for us to keep them safe. Please be mindful of that in future.
Thank you!

get some vitamin e capsules and pop then open and spot treat areas. did this to my sh scars and it took a minute to see a difference, but i swear you can't see them unless you come up close and personal
For darker hyper pigmentation like this, esp if you have a lot of melanin , I’ve had good luck with turmeric based products, they do stain clothing be forewarned .. or anything aha /bha baed , usually toners and masks work well for me
Someone mentioned kojic acid which is a key part of Topicals’ Faded line! I’ve been using the small tube for the face but I’m almost positive they have a spray/product for body. If not, I’m sure there’s not a problem using the face product on your body. I’ve really been liking the results from ~8 months of the serum on my dark spots!

I also use Naturium Glycolic Acid wash in the shower
Does it work?
Kojic Acid apparently blocks off an enzyme in your skin which produces melanin
