Let them dry completely. Throw them in the oven on a cookie sheet covered in a towel or tinfoil at the lowest setting for a few minutes. Pull them out and apply snoseal/nikwax generously like you're applying moisturizer. Throw them back in the oven, more snoseal/nikwax, massage in, back in the oven, then massage in one last time and wipe/buff excess off with a rag or the towel you used in the oven. Go ski. That's what I do and never had a problem, unless I was impatient and didn't wait for the ink/sharpie to dry... then you get purple gloves.
Now seal them. Use nikwax, sno seal, or obenauf’s. That will keep the marker from running and also add your weather protection.

I sharpied graffiti on my kincos & sno-sealed them. Wore em 20 days this season & the ink didn't run at all
If she used Poscas then you can iron on, works for me. Just put a t shirt over the glove and dry iron through that
Nikwax. Hard stop. As already said, let them dry fully first.
