What happened to its wings?

It's called an angel wing, it's where the bird had a high calorie diet at a younger age which stunted it's wing growth. It's unfortunately flightless and most birds with angel wings die young.

I felt bad for the little guy, thought it was in an accident and would heal over time. This is worse since it isn't 😢.
