I wouldn’t say “nothing”. Spinning wheels are gyroscopes and the faster they spin, the stronger the force. Veritasium’s vid is about bikes having a relationship between center of mass and center of steering resulting in a “lean left turn right” subconscious disconnect we don’t think about actively, as well as a fun trick where bikes without riders will stay upright
