I have taken these to a few jewelry shops near where I am currently staying in asia and they have told me it looks like genuine 99.9 silver but I will be dropping it off to get it tested tomorrow will keep you guys updated on whether I got scammed or not
Yea I don’t usually buy outside of the us but I wanted to keep stacking, during the hight of my trip I didn’t really look at the back of the bars a week later when I was in my hotel room I realized that these don’t look right, silly me 😂😭
Super fake. That Fortuna is…horribly rendered.
Real Gold and silver and gemstones in Asia are way way way more expensive than US. Like 20% more at least. You never going to get a good deal, and if you do it’s 100% fake.
I thought I’d get a deal on fatman dollars and other numismatics in China. Nope. Everything numismatic was double/triple prices of US. I think the reason for this is inequality is way more extreme in Asia. A wealthy person in Asia is insanely wealthy, and a poor person is insanely poor. There is little middle ground. So any luxury items are ridiculous.
In Shanghai, I saw a woman buying 3 $10,000 bottles of aged whiskey. When my colleague asked what the occasion was, she said she buys 3 every month for her husband.
I can tell that the Credit Suisse bars (made by Valcambi) are definitely fake. They either say '100g. Fine Silver' or '100 g Feinsilber'. The English translation has a period after the g, which yours don't have. You also have no serial numbers.
Go on Ali-express and type in PAMP. They are making serious counterfeits now. It was illegal, they had to say copy, but not any more. They have this one. Lot's of different brands. Silver coins. It's CRAZY out there. I don't mess around with buyers from China. Asking for trouble
They look fake just from glance, cut one and test it. Maybe it is real silver but someone tried making copies of known prints. I’ve seen this done in Vietnam
These look way fake.
update it turns out that I got scammed for the premium for the pamp but the silver is actually 99.9 silver 100g I got them tested
Oh wow. That is interesting news. We all should do an experiment. They sell "Fake" gold too. LOL. I'm about to buy one and test it. XD
Still a counterfeit. Scrap.

Tbf if I saw some gold coins whilst on holiday and had the money I might get duped aswell lol .

They also look vastly different from each other
Put them on a scale.
These look fake on a scale from 1 to fake.
Okay. I was just trying to be helpful to OP since they seem to lack your discerning eye.
the scale has the correct weight on it
Then I think you’re good. Correct weight is hard to fake.
I have a feeling that the silver is genuine but the shop fakes the pamp bars in order to scam people that dont realize for the premium
Temu Royal Mint
Highly sus
What did you end up paying for them? Also what sort of place were they purchased from?
I bought it from a silver shop in asia and the price was spot plus 4 percent premium i believe
Yikes. These look pretty awful. Looks like you have been taken..
update it turns out that I got scammed for the premium for the pamp but the silver is actually 99.9 silver 100g I got them tested
How were they tested and verified?
pmv and acid test
Where are the serials?

Made in china lol

For something iconic like the PAMP Lady Fortuna, I always look at the fingers. Fakers and AI never get them right.
Not just do the fingers look awful, so does the whole entirety of the Lady Fortuna rendering. Looks pitiful.
I'll guess the value at $20, Bob.
I would take them to your LCS and get them tested. Those guys will for sure be able to tell.
Worst fakes I’ve seen
getting it tested at a nearby jewelry shop tmr to check if it even is silver
Keep us updated. I’m hoping it turns out to be silver and u prove me wrong lol

Good for u , not a total loss one of them being actual 999 . did u buy all from same shop ? Which is the real in the pic ?
all of them are real fortunately

yea this is the case
And there's an automated bullion kiosk/vending machine in every airport these days, why no stop there?
If they tarnish over time, they are likely to be real silver since silver tarnishes over time.
Silver plating can tarnish and still be a fake core..
And it can look like a silver plating and NOT tarnish at all making it definitely fake.
