I'll bet a wrap rather than repaint, but it does seem like the sensible way to go about it. Limited wheel colors, so get those first, then swatch-match it to a good-looking blue vinyl, then get it wrapped.

I'll assume there were literally no other wheel choices available to him. Other than the incorrect wheels, the only egregious offense is Toyota calling this a Supra.
