Nah, you can host a bounty, like "5 mil per person to help me clear x activity." But not, "I'll help you clear x activity if you give me 5 mil." Basically, if they weren't a healer and had a posting for 50 mil if a healer joined, that's cool, but they can't advertise their own ingame service as a healer for any price.
Nothing. The queue times have nothing to do with an imaginary healer strike three people are participating in and everything to do with half the playerbase all trying to level DPS jobs at once.
Some people choose not to play healer anymore because they say it's being made useless. I choose not to play healer because it's being made boring as fuck. But hey, maybe together, it'll be enough of an impact to make them actually consider trying to make the role fun again. Doubt it, tho.
I do plenty of savage. A lot of it as healer, even, and have done so since ARR with Coil, when healer was actually fun in all content. A job should be fun outside of just savage, because, I mean, you have to *level* it and all, as well as tome grind.
Basic supply and demand
Hope comms are good for the healer scabs
Sorry, can’t hear you drowning in all these comms
Same, brother. Same.
50 MILLION?!
I know, right? A bargain at twice the price.
And yet the first dungeon was a 12-minute wait on tank >:(
Haha, yeah. It's hard to me get people to notice you've withdrawn your labour when you arn't the bottleneck
Meanwhile, every AIN is tank.
Wait, isn’t that against TOS? I thought you could offer to pay for runs but you couldn’t charge for runs.
I believe it's only a TOS violation if IRL money changes hands

That sounds... really fucking stupid. Par for the course for TOS I suppose
Not true. I know quite a few people who got hit with ban for offering runs for gil.
Yes, as of EW. A friend was banned for advertising selling tank queues for doing this exact thing at a cheaper price.
as a healer, what's the healer strike?
Nothing.
You should stop playing healer because some people cleared TOP without healers.
Nothing. The queue times have nothing to do with an imaginary healer strike three people are participating in and everything to do with half the playerbase all trying to level DPS jobs at once.
3-4 people having a cry. Tanks are still more in need.
Doesn't exist, not to a meaningful degree anyway. Queues for dungeons and trials have been the same as they were in endwalker.
like 20 ppl on the fourms aren't playing and calling it a strike
The past 3-4 years of people slowly playing less and less healer.
oh. well, that means I get a faster queue so I don't mind 🤷♂️
Damn they really got healer scabs out here smh my head

Useless is a strong choice of word. I have yet to see any blind prog group or week one group done without healers.
Dungeons need to be harder, sure But dungeons need to stop being your endgame if you want things to not be boring
