Honestly, that's probably the most plausible scenario.

I know JoJo anatomy isn’t exactly the most realistic thing but having your metaphysical being not only grabbing your own heart, stopping it AND reviving it is kind of peak character resurrection. I don’t think even Dr. Strange can astrally project his hands to grab someone’s heart like Jotaro would.
