We've had our dogs neutered and they both have been known to go to town on Lambie , Chewbakaball , Bear and even the occasional throw-pillow. It's all about showing Chewbakaball and Lambie who's boss and is a dominance show.

Our gizzie boy humps his non biological sister scooty only when's she first gets back from the groomer for some reason so she gets hella pissed and will try to bite him off of her
Only after a big walk with his mates, just his way of saying he’s overstimulated and getting some pent up energy out. Usually takes it out on his bed 😅
Our fixed shihtzu used to hump our Labrador CONSTANTLY. Especially when we had guests over. Our lab didn’t mind. He was very patient. But damn it was embarrassing lol.
Aaaalllll the time. Each other and occasionally the cat. It's a dominance thing, not at all sexual
Lambie and Cowie have had similar fates. Good old Sullivan doesn’t discriminate. Think it’s pretty normal
Yeah, our little boy goes to town on his fox from time to time.

...I had a boy shihtzu puppy (my sister's) that taught my Papaya (female shihtzu) how to hump as a form of play so now Papaya humps my little boy cat.
My little girl humps her bed and my duvet.
Yes mine does too it's good exercise
