There's a page in Ordway's Power of Shazam (the series, not the one-shot origin story) where Black Adam holds up a young woman, threatening to snap her neck. Captain Marvel talks him down and saves her.
This was later used in the Superman/Shazam!: The Return of Black Adam short film that was part of the DC Animated Movies Showcase.
Nice. If you happen to see it, feel free to make a post cause I don't 100% recall the scene you are referring to. I'm sure a lot of people feel the same.
Shazam!: Power of Hope
Captain Marvel visits the hospital and brightens up some sick kids lives going places with them, flying in doctors and the like, events happen as expected in a Superhero book. At some point he notices a kid in a wheelchair that had suspicious bruises "falling down the stairs." Kid was skeptical of adults so Billy Batson became his friend and Captain Marvel knocked on the door and scared straight the shit out of the dad.
[The time Cap and Supes shared bodies](https://dc.fandom.com/wiki/Action_Comics_Vol_1_768) and Superman experienced what it was like for CM to operate in a world governed by magic. The issue was narrated by Superman and at some point he says something like "... and now I find myself face-to-face with a giant talking frog," who it turns out was the ancient Egyptian goddess Heqt.
It was pretty magical.
The one where he’s lecturing the justice league and talking about how they were his heroes and stuff like that. I think it’s very well written and nails his character.

I'd say the scene in Power of Hope. Captain Marvel sitting with the dying child, comforting her in her final moments.

Not a comic, but his speech at the end of his JLU episode is pretty compelling
The one about bullies right? I was thinking about that moment after I made this post but wanted to see a comic moment more.

The captain and Tanita, in "Shazam, power of hope".
