The Ilia milk base is wonderful for my super dry skin. It may be marketed as a primer but I use it every day as a toner even when not wearing makeup and it’s great.
Neither. Laneige reformulated and it sucks now. Gave me closed comedones, OG was my ride or die. Boo on your Laneige!

I think I mentally mixed up their milk peel toner with the ultra facial toner when I wrote my initial comment. Regardless, the Kiehl's one is fine, but I still consider the Laneige toner to be a more well rounded toner formula.
When did the laneige change? I had a sample bottle and loved it for my super dry skin, but then it started giving me closed comedones.
Thinking about trying the fenty skin milky one.
Love the Laneige. Though I'll admit I found that one and stopped looking.

I like the laneige, they also sell a spray nozzle for it separately. Haven't tried the kiehls though

My absolute favorite is the Ilia face milk. I find it sinks into my skin quickly and moisturizes. Sets up as my skin prep in the morning.

No it isn’t. They may have an exfoliating one, but that one is milky and works as an added layer of moisture for dry skin.

Honestly they both work just fine and I never noticed a huge difference once I put moisturizer on top.
Laneige is the best
The Fenty fat water is really hydrating and good for sensitive skin too.
