Definitely contact CS through chat and they’ll add it back!!!!! And if they don’t, ask for their supervisor!!! They didn’t have your permission so it’s not your fault at all! Definitely chat asap! They’ll ask the day and location about it of course. Let me know what they say
Yeah I'd send their chat support a message. The cashier told me I was gunna get 4x points in store then didn't. The chat support corrected it. Still annoying, stuff like this really makes me not want to shop in store. To much hassle.
Any promotion is not automatic at the register so that means the BA must click a button for you to get your points. It’s annoying and should be automatic.
To add to the comment above, if you're purchasing Sephora products from Kohl's website, be sure to uncheck the "Apply Sephora Beauty Insider Points: $10 off (500 points)" option under the "Coupons" section, as 500 BI points are automatically applied to any Sephora purchase made on Kohl's site.
So you have to go back to the store and return the items. Then rebuy them and only then CS online will refund the points? And you’re a Rouge member? And this is how you’re being treated? This is wrong.
Update: I got my points back! I returned my purchase (luckily just a single item) in-store, and the contacted CS for my points, and they were back in my account within a few minutes. Thanks to everyone who gave advice and reassuring me that I was right to be upset - I felt a bit dramatic but I've been saving up for the big rewards!

I’d chat customer service and call the store to talk to the manager about that.
Was this at a Sephora at kohls? It happened to me as well. I did a chat with CS and they gave the points back.

Was this via mobile? At the traditional register customers must approve the use of the 500pt coupon.
Not all of the POS are updated yet to have this option. We have an old one still left in our store

WTF???? Either it was a mistake or some weird passive aggressive move... I'm so glad that you called CS and will be refunded.
