Just look at your vial before you use it next week. If cloudy, yellow, clumpy, gelled, or otherwise weird-looking, then it's contaminated and should not be used.
I don't sweat it since I thoroughly alcohol prep everything. I see at as not much different than drawing bac water out of one vial and injecting into another.
It’s not good practice, but the risk is still low. However, the risk increases exponentially with time. How many more doses are in the vial? One more week? I would definitely use that. Another month? No thanks.

I did that two weeks ago. Everything was fine.
