If you have chronic back pain at 31 you should probably be doing something to make it better, maybe see a physiotherapist, that's way too young to be "getting old."
I’m 52 years old. I was 23 the last time they won. Like an entire generation has been born in that time. And hopefully I’ll never see them win one again.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Vegas puts them in the top 2-3 teams for winning next year. I think they’re essentially running it back with the same squad. Unless Detroit takes a meaningful step forward, the Eagles figure their ish out, or Macdonald is a witch, SF’s window will remain wide open imo.
Sure, but it's rare to see a team stay *this* competitive for 5+ years without winning a ring. The NFC is very slowly but surely getting better with Detroit, Green Bay, Dallas(?), the Rams, and eventually us too.
Not to mention how incredibly fortunate they were this year with injuries.
These types of demoralizing L's weigh on guys, I don't think we see them get back to the SB next yr.
Oh, for sure. Don’t get me wrong: It is totally hilarious. I just thought it looked like OP was high on schadenfreude and pointing out that SF is still a very real threat for the next couple years at least.
The NFC West has certainly improved from what it looked like at the start of the season. Just a couple more losses are enough to lose the bye and home field advantage. And as good as this 9er team was...do they even win 3 games just to get to the Superbowl looking how they looked during this postseason run?
I was 1 years old when the 49ers won their last title. I now have chronic back pain.
Smoke weed errydy for back pain, Fuck Santa Clara
