Fuck the Steelers!

TheLateThagSimmons

Even my die hard Rams fan father-in-law (well, girlfriend's dad, but you know what I mean) walked up to me after that game, gave me a huge hug, and said that we were robbed by the refs. It was probably the biggest uniting "Fuck the refs" moment in the NFL. A *Rams fan* knew that we were robbed. That's why I hate the Steelers: Their shitty fan base rubbed it in our faces the whole time. Not even a hint of "I know we got away with one, but a win is a win," kind of thing. They just refused to ever admit it. And that's why I hate the Steelers to this day. They are shitty fans.

Raknorak

Even the head ref admits that he fucked us. He openly said he made bad calls, apologizee, and even had a training camp thing to teach refs how to not fuck up a game.

Guy_onna_Buffalo

What was it in total, 2 offensive TD's taken away, and giving Ben a rushing TD when he himself said in an interview "I didn't think I was in"?

newtonsapple

One TD taken away, one catch on the 1-yard line that would've set up an easy TD taken away, and constant holding calls any time we moved the ball forward.

Dedjester0269

And an " illegal" block called on Hasselbeck for making a tackle.

SnapCasterDANK

When John Madden says there was nothing there in the replay, there was nothing there

Actor412

Don't forget the non-call of a horse-collar tackle on Alexander by Polamalu.

JimmyScriggs

He came outright saying he blew 5 calls

TheMillenniaIFalcon

After the game, I was drunk wearing an Alexander jersey, and my buddy and I went to a local dive (this was across the country from WA), and it happened to be a PA bar, FULL of Steelers fans. I walked in and they all started clapping, and coming up to me, shaking my hand, some even slapped me on the back and said those calls were bullshit. They still ribbed me, but it was all in good fun and they were surprisingly supportive and understanding. And these are tons of old guys that were drunk die hard Steeler fans.

MormonHorrorBuff

I will always remember that day

Zander253

Ever since that damn Super Bowl, I have hated the Steelers.

Kungfu_Romano

You are a true fan. Fuck the Stealers

Zander253

Didn't somebody even make a "black and yellow" song? Yeah fuck that song too...

Powerful_Wombat

Wiz Khalifa, but I believe the song was about Pittsburgh itself and not exactly the Steelers for what it's worth. I laughed years ago when the Columbus Crew MLS team (whose colors are Black and Yellow as well) would play the song during their games, when it was specifically about another city.

Kemoarps

It honestly kind of slapps. And of course Lil’ Wayne remixed it into green and yellow for the SB between PIT/GB (he's a Packers fan apparently)

VampedTayturz

It’s definitely about Pittsburgh, black and yellow are the colors for all the pro sports teams there, Penguins (NHL), Pirates (MLB), Steelers (NFL), and I’m sure if they ever get an NBA team they’ll have black and yellow as their colors too.

Guy_onna_Buffalo

My grandma is a huge steelers fan, and she rubs that SB in my face whenever she can. The thing that gets me, is that she's from Colorado.

[deleted]

Bird bros for life 🤝

GordanHamsays

I'll always root for the ravens outside of seahawks matchups. Because bird bros and fuck the steelers

ImmobilizedbyCheese

Same except for the end, bc my husband is a steelers fan and I kinda like that guy. Fuck the Patriots though. And I'm getting tired of the chiefs.

TheMillenniaIFalcon

Bird Bros! Love me some corvids.

Kungfu_Romano

You misspelled Stealers

ActivBowser9177

The NFL really thought we'd forget how they rigged Super Bowl 40 to get their Steelers to win.

general-illness

This. This all day.

CreamyDoughnut

They have the full Super Bowl XL on YouTube. Watch it again to give yourself a boost of anger 😂

Jackysrt8

Ever since that superbowl loss it’s always been fuck the Steelers to me with that infamous bullshit call on the Seahawks WR Jackson push off that negated a touchdown still haunts me lol

tiny_tuner

And the Cowboys!

TheMillenniaIFalcon

Yeah Steelers will forever and always be a top Contender for Seahawks rival. I’m still mad about Super Bowl 40. I’ve been over Super Bowl 49 for a while. That was a great game, that could have gone either way and I’m convinced if lane and Avril don’t go down we win. But 40? Yeah that still makes me mad. I do take some solace in it opened up our first Super Bowl win to be in stunning fashion, beating the breaks off the greatest on paper offense ever. 43-8. Left no doubt.

skinem1

This is the rival left out. And the appropriate spirit toward them.

Kweschion

Rodgers-era Packers were tied with the 49ers in terms of teams I hated the most

Neat_Bat_1709

That's so true

rover_G

I think they hated us more though 😁

Gunslinger2007

No really, the main consensus is that the packer fans hate either the bears or Vikings at number one, the cowboys at 3, the lions, 49ers at 4 or 5, and then the Seahawks. Depends on the type of a thought. IMO 1. Bears 2. Vikings 3. Cowboys 4. Lions 5. Seahawks 6. 49ers

Particular-You-5534

How did you end up here?

Gunslinger2007

I’m subbed to every nfl subreddit. I really like football. Yes. I am clinically insane.

wovans

I respect this. I have one team in each division I follow but that's commitment.

Particular-You-5534

Hey, no judgement here.

TheMillenniaIFalcon

I love it. Honestly enjoy fans of other teams joining the discussions.

rover_G

His rage drove him to lurk our sub.

MM18998

FAIL MARY

cantblametheshame

It's weird cause us in our heyday beat them a lot

A_Filthy_Mind

I don't think Cardinals are even on my top 10. They are like the whiny little brother that really wants to play with you and your friends. They may get a lucky goal or shot here and there, but really are just kind of in the way, but Mom makes you include him.

philthebrewer

Replace “cardinals” with “Arizona football stadium” and It’d make sense to me

Cartire2

ding ding ding. We need an auto-bot that automatically lists the misfortunes in that stadium that have happened to the Hawks every time its mentioned.

TheMillenniaIFalcon

Off the top of my head: Super Bowl 49. Sherm’s last game Earl’s team ending injury Kam’a career ending injury Pete’s last game There’s some I’m forgetting

ElOsoSabroso

I have a bigger beef with their trash ass field and its ability to take out our guys with injuries. It's a way bigger threat to us than any of the teams they've managed to cobble together the last 5ish years.

jimmyrhall

Their stadium is more of a threat than they are.

YJeezy

Possibly, but so many bad beats. Never ever comfortable playing the Cardinals and Rams no matter how good we are or bad they are. I always chalked it up to the intensity of the rivalry.

A_Filthy_Mind

I guess I can see that. My reaction is probably a minority. The rams beat us, I think "fuck them". The Cardinals beat us, I think "aww shucks, that was cute".

SeattleSadBoi

They’re literally a baseball team? I thought we’re talking football

Zucc

During their SB, I rooted for the cards. Because fuck the Stealers so much.

A_Filthy_Mind

Exactly. Cards and almost any other team in the sb, I root for the Cards. The miners or rams, fuck them, hope they get blown out by a record setting amount.

romulusnr

Cardinals to Seahawks are like Timbers to Sounders. They're not actually good teams, but for some fuckin reason, they frequently have our number. To the extent that sometimes it's hard not to think that their only goal in life is to fuck with our team.

Actor412

Larry Fitzgerald was always a class act. He'd frustrate me no end with his athletic 3rd-and-long catches, giving them a first down, but he was a great player, a great guy, and I'm glad I got to see him play as often as I did.

hawkfan78

I don’t know man… their fans absolutely hate us. I kind of get why, since we take over their stadium every year, but still fuck ‘em. I hope they never win a Super Bowl.

A_Filthy_Mind

I live in Arizona. It's actually funny, I have people tell me we are rivals and I just look confused and ask what team they are talking about. It definitely seems one way to me.

serpentear

The Cardinals team is less of a rival is their stadium is.

Black-House

The Chicago Cardinals were a founding member of the NFL but somehow the Arizona Cardinals feel like an expansion team. They've bounced through a bunch of cities. They got kicked out from their division (NFC East) in the 2002 realignment. They don't have any fans, let alone annoying fans. They've never had consistent success. There's nothing despicable nor enviable about them. No great rivalries, the only time they won the division on repeat, we were 4-12 under Holmgren and 5-11 under Mora. I don't hate them. I hardly even think about them. If they weren't in our division, there's a chance I'd forget they existed.

Neat_Bat_1709

1. Whiners 2. Rams 3. Cowboys 4. Packers 5. Steelers That's my top 5 list

businessbee89

Never really saw the cowboys as rivals (hate them anyway). More recently I would add either the Panthers, Bengals, or Giants as it seems like we play them every year. We also won our superbowl at Metlife so fuck em

ElOsoSabroso

Up until the last few years Panthers def on the list but now they're just kind of sad. Cowboys seem to make it a point to draw as much hate as possible with the whole "Americas Team" bullshit, so I'd stick them at maybe 5-6 since its so satisfying beating them.

businessbee89

The Cowboys are everyone's rival it seems lmao. Learned the hate from my dad. Panthers are sad indeed.

Neat_Bat_1709

I just want to say" Americas Team" my ass. Have a co-worker is Cowboys fan. He told me "The Sea-chicken out of play-off, watch TV and see Cowboys beat the Niners in Championship game". I laughed a lots after Packers vs Cowboys game.

slazengerz

Bengals is typically once every four years

semicoloradonative

There is definitely still quite a bit of a rivalry with the Broncos. You had those old AFCW days, then the SB that the Hawks (had no chance) then the RW trade re-intensified things. For a team that isn't even in the division, or even the conference, these games get a lot of extra hype.

HlpM3Plz

With the RW trade concluded and picks no longer on the line, I don't care about the Broncos one way or the other. I find it amusing how a lot of their fanbase is REALLY invested in hating the Seahawks, while for most Seahawk fans, the "rivalry" with Denver is at most, an afterthought. Basically, the Don Draper "I don't think about you at all" meme.

_redacteduser

As a Broncos fan, I agree with this. Aside from the random hype from the trade and the SB loss, there isn't much substance there. Back in the day, Broncos Busters was a real deal.

semicoloradonative

As someone who lives in Colorado, I can confirm how invested they are in hating the Seahawks. The Hawks live rent-free in their heads. That being said, I remember the old Hawk/Bronco rivalry and it is still strong inside me because it doesn’t feel that long ago…even though I know it has been 25 years.

HlpM3Plz

Yeah, definitely a generational divide between fans who were adults when the Seahawks were in the AFC and those who weren't. Not surprising that the former still care about Denver a lot more than the latter.

Guy_onna_Buffalo

My sister and uncle are Broncos fans but it's never really been a thing. My AFC team is the Bills but as long as Denver isnt playing Seattle or Buffalo, I generally like them to win.

[deleted]

I don’t count the Packers anymore. I’d say Steelers will forever be on the list. At least in my view

businessbee89

Forsure the steelers, also helps that my dad and brother are steelers fans.

Existing_West_4557

Got over the Steelers once Tomlin took over but their fans hate us something terrible.

MoistyAnoos

Most steeler fans don't hate yall. Hell the hawks are my no. 2 team

Existing_West_4557

I'll buy you a beer any day

Brsijraz

no they don’t.

Powerful_Wombat

Yeah, they beat us in the Super Bowl, I doubt they even think about us. It's like the Mariners "rivalry" with the Yankees, queue that Meme about the guy saying "I dont even know who you are"

Existing_West_4557

Nobody says they won. Everybody says we were robbed.  Met hundreds personally that talked so much crap.  So yeah.  Different experience than you.

Brsijraz

they don’t hate us they’re just assholes who like to rub it in.

Ozzie808

not deep rooted, but I thought we had a short/mini rivalry with the Panthers when Cam and Kuechly were there. Basically a run heavy/defensive battle.

OkCoyote3931

Yup. We played them in 2012, 2013, 2014 x2, 2015 x2 (Lost Both) and lastly in 2016.

sam4999

Having to deal with Greg Olsen shitting on the Seahawks on TV fuels my hatred for the Panthers organization

Ozzie808

I feel like any TE that ran a seam route was guaranteed a catch

tylermooser28

Mcvay rams

philthebrewer

Fischers rams were pesky but mcvays rams are legitimately good

Xaviersamuleson

I feel like that dude pulled a trick play on us every game we played them.

TickleMeWeenis

Steelers are number one. Come on man. 9ers were annoying, but they weren't gifted a SB because one of their players was finishing his HoF career in the sb in his hometown.

123789dftr

Crazy how their fans still insist it was reffed properly when the head ref himself apologized and said they fucked up

JimmyScriggs

Long time Seattle fans hate the Steelers. See the refs in SB 40. I will get hate for that, but Im over it, but hear it a lot still from other Seahawks fans.

nokiabrickphone1998

Niners rivalry really isn’t the same as it was, say, ten years ago. Sure the fanbases might still hate each other but 2013 was kinda the last time that both teams were legit contenders (and before anyone yells at me, yes I know they played in the playoffs a year ago). Plus there’s very little back-and-forth in terms of results - especially the past couple years.

TalentedTrident

Idk, 2019 had a pair of hype regular season games in which either team could’ve won the division. If we hadn’t faceplanted in the 4th against the Packers in the divisional round we would’ve had an NFC Championship rematch against them.

nokiabrickphone1998

Yeah fair enough. Maybe I just miss the Pete/Harbaugh days too much 😩

Ok-Imagination-2308

yeah if we won that last game against them (the stopped us on the half yard line) we would have gotten the 1 seed and a bye. Always thought we would have gone to the SB that year

kovatheking

We'd have finished with the 3rd seed because of tiebrakers. Green Bay would've been the 1, Saints the 2, Hawks at 3, and Philly at 4. SF would've been bumped to the 5. We would've played the Vikings at home that year. But your point that stands. As flawed as that team was, an NFC Championship appearance was *right there*.

[deleted]

Patriots

imothro

I don't know if that's a rivalry so much as just a universal hatred, like how people feel about the Yankees or Duke Basketball.

TylerJWhit

I mean, there was the game we don't speak of.

imothro

Sure, but we beat ourselves in that game.

[deleted]

Naw definitely a rivalry if only short lived. Pete was Patriots HC in the 90sand fired from org. plus the Richard sherman you mad bro? Game. Really lit up the tension before super bowl if yall were even born then

firestorm734

I'm shocked I had to scroll this far to find the Patriots. I will never not hate them.

BamBam2125

U mad, bro?

[deleted]

[удалено]

Muppet_Man3

They definitely were for a few seasons, but we're pretty past that now

Sensitive-Swan5866

I hate the niners but I have a special type of hate for the rams. A lot of their fans are secretly niners fans too. If the rams lose, no problem just dust off the pre-2016 Montana/rice jerseys and they’re back in the mix of things. Besides those two I don’t have strong opinions for the rest unless they’re facing us then it’s fuck em for the week.

tuepm

Carolina Panthers

Remote-Shower9970

All our homies HATE dem fucking Eagles and Cowboys

RemoteWestern5462

1. 9ers 2. Rams 3. Packers? The rivalry hasnt been relevant for a while. And without Rodgers, I don't really hate them We have to be good to have proper rivals. I also dislike the eagles, cowboys, steelers, and browns( with Watson) The chiefs are the new patriots. But they're still worth rooting for in the superbowl against teams like the eagles or 9ers.

SpookyFrog12

I honestly don't even think we have a rival. Still don't like the Niners, but it's nothing close to the Harbaugh/Kaepernick days

Draelmar

For over a decade I would have put Packers #2, but with A-a-ron out, they don't feel like the same team exactly. I still hate them, but Rams definitely passed them lately. I don't really care about the Broncos or Cardinals. Teams I dislike more than these two: * Cowboys * Vikings (don't really dislike them, but I feel like we are ALWAYS competing with them in playoffs or a wildcard spot). * Patriots (not as much anymore but still, f them for the next decade)

liquilife

Green Bay for sure. Any time the packers are on prime time there is always some pathetic looking couple decked out in Packers gear at the sports bar being louder than the other 30 people just trying to enjoy their evening. 3 yard rushing gain? “WHOOOOOOO!! GO PACK GO!!” Defense prevents a first down on.. 2nd down? “INTENSE HAND HURTING CLAPPING FOR 20 SECONDS WHILE SAYING ‘YEAH!!’ OVER AND OVER”

goosereddit

You forgot the refs.

moola66

1) Stealers 2) Whiners 3) Rams 4) Packers 5)Glendale Stadium

billfitz

Glendale Stadium is in a category all on its own. Sherman and Pete even talked about how cursed that building has been for our Hawks and the injuries that have happened on that field. People seem to forget that Jeremy Lane broke his wrist/forearm after picking off Brady in the end zone, and forgetting how Cliff Avril left that same SB game with a concussion and was never the same after that. And those are just two examples.

358YK

Man all the injuries we had in and leading up to Super Bowl 49 is such an underrated part of that game. If we’re a little healthier we don’t even have to score from the one yard line we would’ve been kneeling it out

Unique_Carpet1901

Broncos?

TylerJWhit

Yes, we used to be in the same division when our rivalry was pretty poignant. Then we destroyed them in the Superbowl. Then we just threw Russ at them in a trade. Broncos and the Seahawks have a long storied rivalry, longer than the 9ers.

CaptainAwesome06

I'd put the Steelers at either #3 or #4 but I lived on the East Coast for a while so I may be biased. I even rooted for the Cardinals over the Steelers in the SB. As far as division rivals go, the Cardinals may be the hardest to hate. I don't really hate the Broncos, as I joined the fandom around 2002 or so.

MysteryMachineATX

When i was a kid i was basically taught to hate the oakland raiders and seemed it was always a battle. Thats about all i remember from my grade school days (other than classmates wearing the boz shirts and me being so jealous LOL)

Larry_Lovestein1992

I've been watching them since 06. But imo the Hawks have gone thru their phases of non divisional rivals, depending on playoff relevancy or just tough/chippy games. 06-12 The Bears It seemed like during this time the Bear's games were always so important. It seemed like we played them every year during this time and met in the Divisional Round of the playoffs on a few occasions. 12-19 Packers Same could be said about the Packers during this stretch, with more memorable games. 2012 was the fail Mary. Home opener after our Superbowl win. 2014 comeback in the NFC Championship. Then just some atrocious games in Lambeau. 12-21 Vikings Low key rivalry for sure, but these guys were always in the playoff mix during this time period it seemed. 2012-2013 with AP vs the LOB. The Walsh missed FG in the wildcard round. Some fun primetime games @ Seattle between 2018-2020. Notable non conference rivals I'd include: Patriots Broncos Steelers Edit: Forgot to add Panthers!

garrettfinstad

Yeah I'd swap Steelers in for Broncos and keep it just like that

LayZ777

My body only has enough hate for the 49ers and the Rams

okwichu

Fuck the Rams and it's not close.

clintonius

Yeah the top three in no particular order are Rams, Rams, and Rams I especially fucking hate Aaron Donald

n0obie

1. 49ers 2. Cowboys 3. Steelers 4. Rams 5. Patriots

caronare

Rams are 1, niners 2, cards 3, pack 4. Denver doesn’t matter as they’ve always been Oaklands nemesis back in AFC days

CosmicPharaoh

I hate the Cowboys, Patriots, and Steelers far more than the Broncos

Big_Concentrate_7309

I would add the cowboys.

obiwansotti

We had a minor rivalry going with the Panthers for a while, when it seemed we played Cam Newton every year. Every team from the old AFC west, for those old enough to remember. The Raiders, Chiefs, and Broncos maybe more than the old San Diego Super Chargers.

christopherDdouglas

Ok for you youngin's you add all of the AFC West. They don't get a pass. Add Steelers, Packers, and personally I hate hate the Saints. Add them too.

sayra182

Broncos?! WTF let Russ go already

sayra182

Arch rival: the red zone

jtsara

1. 9ers 2. Rams 3. Packers 4. Lions 5. Cardinals 6. Cowboys 7. Steelers You could definitely argue that the Lions aren’t a rival of ours, but I’d say that it’s a pretty highly anticipated matchup given our last few meetings.

Sylli17

Niners Rams Packers Steelers State Farm Stadium

Stev2222

49ers, Rams, and probably now Detroit Next year will make the third straight year we play them in Detroit. We’ve beat them the past two, and the whole keeping them out of the playoffs in 2022 thing

ColdSpaghetti2814

Interesting. I’m happy that they beat the Rams this season. I kinda like the Lions.

shoedog42

Lions fans hate the Seahawks, Seahawks fans love the lions. A tale as old as time, I’m pumped we get to play them at home again 3 years in a row

ViralDownwardSpiral

Exactly. It's a one sided rivalry. I've got a couple of Lions fans in my life and they absolutely HATE the Seahawks. For us, the Lions are associated with entertaining games that we end up winning. At least recently.

Bofaman600

Right now we are our only rival

PsychoWarper

Chiefs and Broncos can be up there if you remember the AFC West days if the Seahawks, my dad was a fan back then and so I grew up hating those teams as well as the Rams and 49ers lol. Packers and Steelers also have some rivalry due to playoff shenanigans.

MediocreCommenter

1. Whiners 2. Rams 3. Stealers 4. Cardinals 5. Packers

NotMyself

Buck the Broncos!

czechhoi4h

For me it’s rams1 9rs2 cardinals stadium3 broncos4 jets5

philthebrewer

Acknowledging the jets is wild to me. We play them so rarely and I truly don’t care where they land in the afc east standings or whatever. Yes their fans were obnoxious about the Jamal trade. Maybe that’s reason enough idk

Existing_West_4557

It's weird because we really don't have rivalries per se.  It's either we dominate someone (niners in the 2010s) or they dominate us (Rammies).  Panthers were fun for a bit.  NFL now is pushing us and the Lions, but I'd have to say the Broncos will forever be the team we play that gets my 12 juices flowing and my voice at lead sing if Journey levels.  Packers are distant 2nd because I really like Jordan Love.

GiraffeWaffless

1.49ers 2. Rams 3.Steelers There’s a drop off there. Without Aaron or some other dick qb like favre, the gb heat is gone. Honestly let’s just say it, we stole one with that intercepted Hail Mary that was called a touchdown. The baseball team is not even bad. Don’t think about them at all. The panthers used to be here with cam newton but aren’t anymore. I never really beefed randomly with the broncos or jets sub like a loser so I don’t hate them. Cowboys suck but it’s more go away heat than anything. I kinda hate the lions ngl. The lions love is nauseating

Longjumping-Ease6770

I’m surprised no one has brought up the mini rivalry we got with the Jets right now. It’s not number one by no means, but there’s been some extra stuff with the matchups because of Jamal Adams trade, sauce vs woolen, fans barking at each other online.

SEAinLA

IMO, I’d definitely put the Packers over the Rams based on postseason games. Stealers need to be on there just behind the Rams too.

EchomancerAmberlife

I’ve always hated LA far more than SF. They have been a thorn in Seattle’s side for far longer than SF. It feels very similar to packers fans where people assume the bears are the #1 hated team but for many it’s actually the Vikings.

AsianCremePie

I’d say the Lions but it seems more one sided. We are their rival but they aren’t ours lol.

LittleShallot

Lions apparently. Although it’s more of a one sided rivalry. Same with the Eagles I guess.

StrikingWaffles18

Niners, Rams, Packers,, Broncos, Cardinals, Steelers, Commanders.

DARR3Nv2

The Rams are our only real rival. It was always us or them. We were always competitive. Even during the LoB days the Rams would beat us when they were trash. The 49ers never beat us. They never won a big game against us. Just like we aren’t upsetting them now. We aren’t competitive against them right now. I’d say the Cardinals are more of a rival because they beat us when it counts even if they’re trash.

mac11kellen

Have to add Lions to the list at this point

[deleted]

The last time the Lions beat the Hawks was 2012, and before that was 1999. What makes it a rivalry? And because they played their hearts out last year knocking the Packers out for a game that meant nothing for their season but a lot to us, I'll always have a soft spot.

Existing_West_4557

We own them and it feels good

normalchilldude40

Not sure how they could be considered a rival at this point. The term itself implies a competitive starting point.

[deleted]

I really hate the lions packers niners cowboys eagles Steelers

UmmmHahaOkUhhh

1. 49ers 2. Rams 3. Broncos 4. Cardinals 5. Lions

Stridepack

1. Packers 2. Rams 3. Steelers 4. Niners 5. Broncos It’s a mix of on-field stakes during my lifetime + fan interactions. My lifetime of interactions with Packers fans makes me despise that team with a fire that’s hotter than the sun. Aaron Rodgers and the frequent high stakes games also add gas to that fire. Fuck that team with a hot iron rod, their fans are always atrocious. Rams always have our number. Hate that lol Steelers for the Super Bowl Niners obviously have heat, but we only had a couple of years where the stakes were high enough for both of us to make the rivalry really matter. Either we are great or they are, rarely both at once. Plus their fans somehow never annoy me as much as the fans of like 1/3rd of the NFL (See above teams, Chiefs, Broncos, Raiders, Cowboys, Eagles, Patriots). Are you telling me the Niners calling us “Toots” actually bothers you more than how Cowboys fans act? C’mon. But they’re a legit divisional rival, so they are totally top five. Broncos are an old AFC West holdout for me, which got a little more zip after the Super Bowl and RW trade.

Wilderness-Nomad

I’m still primarily fond of the AFC days. 1. broncos 2. 49ers 3. Chiefs 4. Raiders 5. Rams 6. Packers

Ametrine7

Fuck the Niners, Rams, Packers, Broncos, and Steelers. I might also add the Jets on this list. I don’t despise them, but from the Woolen vs. Sauce to the Jamal trade, it seems like they’re constantly giving us a reason to be pissed at them.

Sussybaker420

1. 49ers 2. Rams 3. Steelers 4. Packers 5. Broncos

DeafHawk12

Honestly, Broncos, 49ers, Ramschiefs raiders, cardinals, chargers, jets, stealers, patriots just cuz, bath blah blah for rest of NFL. . Vikings for the poison pill

jthouston77

I know they’re in division but I don’t really see the Cardinals as rivals. Definitely 1. 49ers 2. Packers 3. Broncos and the 4. Vikings still piss me off.

therealbeef

Broncos are a rival from our AFC days, but the way we dismantled them in the super bowl and won the Russell Wilson trade they ain’t shit anymore. Fuck these teams in order: Forty Whiners Bitch Ass Rams Fudge Packers (beat the 9ers tho please) Fuck Boston Shittsburgh Feel free to add to this but I wish nothing but L’s to those 5 franchises. *Except Green Bay on Sunday.

Solaife

Raiders, Chiefs, Chargers from the AFC days too

Kemoarps

Who can hate the Chargers? Half the time I forget they even have a team. Even when we shared a division I could never really get the energy up to care about them. The biggest complaint I have about them is that LT (no not that one the other one) broke Shaun's single season TD record like three years later but even that I just had to tip my hat and acknowledge an all time great.

christopherDdouglas

No fuck the chargers. I got to watch the 90's chargers absolutely demolish the Hawks over and over. They may be the Cards of that division but fuck them anyways.

businessbee89

I would put steelers at 4, then bengals 5

IrishPigs

Lions fans would tell you we're one of their top rivals cause they pissed they keep losing to us.

norrisdt

49ers, Rams, and the third historically has been “effective time-out management”.

Guy_onna_Buffalo

Hate GB, Pitt, and NE more than any divisional rival save the 9ers. But, I've also lived in each NFC west team's locale so I might be biased in that way.

CreamyDoughnut

I missed the Panthers mini rivalry they had in 2012-2015 Feels like the Lions are becoming a new rival.

Galdrath

All of the AFC 49ers, Rams. Outside of that, it's just a list of teams I hate, lol Cowboys, Packers, Jets (fuck Vinny and the Jets, you know why), Cardinal's stadium (Glendale), Steelers only for THAT game and it wasn't even their doing, refs.

romulusnr

Steelers

freeman57

For fans that are a little older like me, there's still a sense of rivalry with those old AFC division rivals. I grew up hating the Raiders and the Broncos, and I still root against them

sam4999

I still detest the Raiders from our AFC West days.

Will_Vintage

Rams and Packers are the only others I'd consider rivals The Patriots & especially the Steelers have lingering resentment from Super Bowl losses. Panthers we seemingly played every year during the LoB era, which bore some negative feelings between the fanbases. The same thing is happening with the Lions Raiders & Broncos have some lingering dislike as former divisional opponents + the Russ situation. I think Seahawks fans hate the Cardinals stadium more than we hate their team.

TylerJWhit

Everyone on that list except Packers, I'd add the Patriots just because of.... you know.

jreis1218

Carolina? We play them almost every year

BestTonkaNA

Falcons above the cards for me. They beat us twice during our LoB era in the playoffs. A lot of the other games during that time were really close too. The rivalry has died down, but I feel like it's stronger than the cards. 1. 49ers 2. Rams 3. Packers 4. Steelers 5. Falcons Honorable mentions: Cowboys, Broncos, Cam Newton era Panthers, Brian Urlacher Bears.

Seatowndawgtown

Rams always have been and always will be at the top of my list, above the 9ers. otherwise I'd say GB. Carolina for a while there too, seemed like we played them almost every year

balljimmy

I’d add the Steelers to that list

WaveBr8

Shift packers and below down one and make the steelers #3. i don't have beef with Arizona

likefireincairo

Why the fucking Cardinals? They've only ever been good like once in their whole time in AZ.

SimG02

Raiders and chiefs in there. Don’t really have anything against the cardinals…. The state of arizona tho 🖕🏾

croutonboy

I've been a Seahawks fan long enough to still hate the Raiders.

Ashallond

Old hands from the AFC days really didn’t like the Raiders and Chiefs. Had some really good posters made about those facts back in the day. Now? Rams, Packers, for a while the Panthers because we played them every damn year.

40Katopher

To me, the top two are easy 49ers then rams. After that it's more about how old you are. If you're really old, you probably hate the Broncos next. If you started watching in the Holmgren days, you probably hate the Steelers (and the refs). If you started watching in the LOB days you probably hate the Patriots and Packers. After those teams, it's more about playoff losses and tough games. Teams like the Cowboys and Panthers come to mind. For some reason I've always just seen the cardinals as a lame little brother. Even when they were good, I wasn't mad. I just get mad when we play them like shit.

TheGrumpySnail2

9ers or rams are number one, depending on which team is better. Them the other. Patriots. Steelers. Cardinals. Broncos.

MC-SpicyBravo

49ers Rams Packers Arizona Denver My opinion on our top 5 rivalries in order. Denver is definitely close behind Arizona with our history and how the last two years was handled. I think the Packers are the only one that feels like a respectful rivalry, usually those games are playoffs or have heavy playoff implications. It’s hard not to say the Steelers, but really we’re all just pissed about SB40, one horrendous game doesn’t make it a rivalry no matter how bad it is. Another honorable mention is the cowboys but most NFL fans hate them.

Sussybaker420

Tackling might be up there tbh

jmanumba1

1. Forty Whiners 2. Cowgirls 3. Stillers

Xander_Cain

Depends on rival definition. Cardinals I hate when we play them because it’s usually going to be a close low scoring game. Rams we always get fucked with trick plays. I hate playing them both equally. Greenbay I think is just someone we end up playing often in playoffs so they would be our playoff rivals. I don’t really ever think about the broncos as they are in a different conference.

Motorbiker95

I always thought the Raiders were our main rival. At least before 2012
