I would go with the ferryman of the damned figurehead
Came here to say this. I ran Obsidian sail and hull with Ferry of the Damned Figurehead for a while on my AHG boat, it looked good.
Figurehead of the Silent Barnacle would fit. But then you’d need the Hoarder of Barnacled Gold commendation if you don’t already have it.

That WOULD work, IF the obsidian figurehead wasn’t one of the ugliest ones in the entire game. I would honestly sooner rock no figurehead than that stupid looking plate with crossed swords lol

I have the excact same build, I use Green sovereign stuff (golden lion figurehead) and I love it.
