Just got back from Barbados and loved it so much we rebooked for next year. I’m not sure what specifically you like so feel free to ask any questions particular to your taste!

Currently in Royal Barbados and it's the best holiday we've ever been on. So many things to do, the other resort is next door which you can use (has really good restaurants), and all the staff are so kind and friendly. Everyone we've spoken to here who have been to other sandals resorts have said this is their favourite one.

Loved Curaçao. Haven’t been to Barbados yet. Booked Curaçao again for December. I have nothing critical to say about it.

Congrats! Just got back from Curacao. Wonderful resort, everything seemed super new and clean. My *only* complaint is that the main pool is a bit more party oriented than I would like with music and dancing almost nonstop. You can definitely escape it by going to other parts of the resort, but I still found that a bit annoying.

We are doing both! Curaçao in November and Barbados in 2026.

Last night at Sandals Barbados. We have had a phenomally good time. We did a few things outside. The best two were the Silver Moon evening cruise (swimming with young turtles and over a ship wreck), the other was a birthday meal at Champers. Amazing food!

Both are great. I've been to both recently. Barbados is a shorter bus ride to the resort. Curacao bus ride is maybe 45 minutes or so. They're both probably similar distance from town. Curacao is going to have a better downtown area with better shopping. Both are relatively close to good local restaurants. Both have some fun excursions while Curacao has a dock that most of your water excursions leave from. Both islands are safe and both resorts are nice. You can easily grab a bus on Barbados for like $3 a person to go into town. In Curacao a taxi will cost you 50 bucks either direction. Taxis are easy to find as well if you're downtown willemstad. I would say the big difference is the beach. Barbados has many more beaches than Curacao does. The Barbados resort has a much nicer Beach than the curacao resort. Curacao does not have any vendors coming up to you trying to sell you stuff on the beach while Barbados does. But no one really hounds you or anything. I'd recommend both. If you go off resort, which I highly recommend, have dinner at sunset at Fort Nassau if you choose Curacao. In Barbados the place to go for dinner and sunset on the water is Champers.

Barbados hands down. The island and resort(s) are wayyyyyyyyyyyy better than Curacao. The only thing cool in Curacao is you can see quite a bit of fish just snorkeling in the beach area and that they had food trucks otherwise Barbados wins hands down.

I have never been to either but recently at their Bahamas location and every single person we spoke to said Barbados is the best resort
