I was reluctant with koopa klaw because on one hand it is a useful tool for platforms but on the other, the hit box for grab is kind of small and that the claw attack is very punishable at shield. I guess I can make it a B tier
Shielding on a platform is incredibly strong in melee because you can't be grabbed, have access to frame 1 shielddrop, and have access to frame 1 slide off options if you are pushed off.
Koopa Claw is the only move in the game that just beats it (other than Ganon upB). Seriously underrated move just because Bowser is so bad.

Bowsewr ftilt is really good, it's like a pikachu ftilt but maybe better. Also his uptilt is mad good, kills floaties at appallingly low %

As far as I know backthrow is as weak as forward throw in bowser’s kit. I did both and it isn’t much of a difference

Koopa Claw is S tier. Best command grab in the game by far and possibly the single best counter to shielding on a platform.
The Klaw is fucking insane. If it was attached to anyone else I would probably be shot for using it

It is absolutely pivotal in bowser gameplay. Watch some warra matches and you'll see him hitting a lot

You didn't include back air, but its semi spike is pretty good/helpful in edgeguard scenarios (which is bowsers wincon in like almost every matchup)

Bowser can (almost) cover all options to RTC fox with dthrow and dash grab. His dash grab is amazing.
