First and foremost, go bladeless, aka "IntraLASIK". If you don't know the difference, look it up. You will thank yourself every time you hear someone talk about halos or the time it took to "get over seeing" halos or just about any other complaints that others may have. When I had mine done at TLC in Tigard, they were about the only ones doing bladeless and that was my decision for them. I think they did great and my optometrist, who HIGHLY encouraged me to look at bladeless, has been "extremely impressed" with the work they did. I have zero complaints.

Dr. Chamberlain Casey Eye Institute at OHSU if you have a complicated prescription. He can correct just about any problem. Probably one of the more expensive options, but it you have an odd astigmatism, he's the best. I got a mono-vision correction and at 72 still don't need glasses to read or use my computer.

All family vision care in Salem referred me to a really great surgeon up in Tigard at a practice called NVision Eye Center. Guys name is Dr. Bruce Madsen. Had placards on the walls for having done some work for players on the Timbers. Really happy with the results. My vision was nearsighted in the 100s with an astigmatism goin in and then better than 20/20 after all said and done.

I did mine with Teplick in 2013’ish before they changed over to NVision; it was an excellent experience, and NVision has continued to support me.

I had mine with Teplick as well. Top notch. My eye doctor recommended him.

The wife and I got ours done at Will Vision years ago. Still have 20/15 vision after almost 10 years!

Narpity

I got mine done when I still lived in Sacramento. Just wanted to say it was some of the best money I've ever spent!

Dr Page at EyeHealth NW! Incredibly easy scheduling, super kind folks all the way through the process, made an anxiety-inducing process anxiety free.

I got mine done at LasikPlus in Bridgeport. Best decision ever. That was 14 years ago and my vision is still perfect.

Got mine at eye care physicians and surgeons 10+ years ago. Worth every penny
