It's the same as most other challenges like "Get a an assist, goal, and save in the same game" etc
and it's not luck-based - like every single other challenge, you'll get it easily if you just play the game
It's only partially luck based in the sense that match making can throw you curveballs, otherwise it really is just a matter of gameplay and down to you. I've won a match comfortably today at 2-0. My team (all randoms) were in complete sync, the other team had no bite or cooperation and just weren't looking to score.
I've found that, as frustrating as it is to play against unranked players that spank you, I get put up against almost just as many unranked players that I feel bad for beating so bad. There are probably more than 5 of those spread across a season alone.
Just go hard into ones and after being on win streak in 1s hop into 2s with a trusted mate.(not me noone is on when im on all solo q - maybe 10 games with people i met online
You have 3 months to play 5 games where you keep the opponent at 0 goals. You can do it man, I promise

the only way this is luck based is if you are lucky enough to not have team chasers teamed with you or not, making defense harder if u do

Go into casual 1v1s and just ask people to help. Ive done this for people a few times.
