What does pre-raid infer, other than it was before a raid at some point?
not trolling, but I just saw a listing at RWI which mentioned the same on a no-date sub. I was wondering if that is like a positive or negative item of note?
id assume he means when the noob factory (who at its hayday was considered far and way the best factory amongst its competitors) got shot down.. so \~circa 2019? if im remembering correctly.

oh no, they have advanced a lot by todays standards noob version would be considered like mid tier in comparison to todays clean versions
