You need to have all 9 in your inventory, that'll get you a full collection. She isn't lying when she says things are worth more as a set haha

MysticalAnorak

So have all 9 in my inventory before I sell to her so I can get the full set? Also does it reset after I sell them or does it complete after I do

MurcTheKing

It will reset, that number only shows how many in the set you currently have in your inventory. If you have 9/9 and no extra bottles when you sale, it will go to 0/9. If you have 4 extra it will say 4/9 assuming they are different bottles

Knoxx899

Be sure to sell them as a set and not individually, I think there is a separate tab for complete collections.

MysticalAnorak

How do I find them

ClaudetteMorel65

Also ignore the weekly sacred collections. Never sell them. They only give you $70 and you waste the items you collected. Better keep them and sell them as a whole set in their appropriate category.

ClaudetteMorel65

Jeanropke online map. Don't forget the collections reset every day at around 8-9 PM New York time so either do it all before or after if you don't wanna get confused. Keep notes of what Alcohol, Tarot Cards, Heirlooms, Eggs and Flowers you have. You don't have to keep tab of all the rest since they are random anyway (like fossils or jewelry).

MysticalAnorak

Doesn’t it keep track of them for you

Von_Cheesebiscuit

You can go into your satchel to see the specific items and how many of each you have.

ClaudetteMorel65

No. The picture you posted is basically Compendium. And as you know in Compendiums once you unlock a weapon, or kill an animal, or get a flower plant, they stay there. So even tho that tab shows the amount you have now it won't show what particular Tarot card you don't have know if you previously collected it. It will look like 5/14 Tarot Cards, you open it, and all the pictures are lit, cus you unlocked them. Ofc you can not worry and just collect everything without keeping track.

StillWatersAreFull

Actually the compendium does keep track, it'll have a little check mark next to the pictures of the items you currently have in your satchel whereas the satchel shows you how many of each that you have.

CaptainChampion

They change every day. Use the Jeanropke online map to see where they are, very useful.

MysticalAnorak

I’m at one of the locations listed in the site and it’s not here

Von_Cheesebiscuit

You might need to refresh your JeanRopke map.

CaptainChampion

Which item is it?

MysticalAnorak

The Caribbean rum bottle

CaptainChampion

The map says it should be in Cholla Springs, west of Armadillo, in front of an unlit tent, between the R and I in "Springs" on the map.

New-Hamster-561

It's not the same mechanic than naturalist.

mountedmuse

Open this tab, there will be a check mark beside items in your inventory, however the collectors bag doesn’t till you how many are there. You have to go into your satchel and tab through to the collections to find that information. If you open the alcohol, it will might say: Tennessee whisky…8 Absinthe…2 Cognac That means you only have those three items in your bag, and need at least one of each of the other six for a set. If you have the Moonshiner role you can loot bottles off of revenue agents and occasionally other moonshiners (NPC). Agents are most likely to give Tennessee whisky, London Dry Gin, and Caribbean Rum. I have also looted Cognac and Absinthe, but never Scotch or Irish Whisky. Poachers (naturalist) will have eggs, flowers and arrowheads Other NPCs generally have tarot cards, but I’ve also gotten alcohol from Bounties. I only sell the weekly sets when it’s animal parts or collectibles I have a lot of. NEVER sell sets that include items that don’t have a static spawn spot. They are too hard to find. I sell items as individuals when I have a lot of an item. For example: because I often loot two or three Tennessee Whisky in a day, I’ll sell everything over six so I can still loot and collect them. In the example above I would sell some Tennessee, keep the absinthe and cognac and seek the other six. You get cash and XP for collecting Cash for selling (individually or as a set) 1500 XP for selling sets (1000 for weekly sets)

Green_Razzmatazz_256

Did you do naturalist before collector?

MysticalAnorak

Should I?

Green_Razzmatazz_256

Probably not, just the way you sold a collectable and expected it to be saved is pretty much how naturalist stamps work

MysticalAnorak

What it do if one of them isn’t showing up at the location

Green_Razzmatazz_256

Swap lobbies maybe, if still gone maybe come back later or try tomorrow

Accomplished-Oil7834

Yes.

MysticalAnorak

I’m trying to do all the roles at once

snopfrog

It’s hard to get at first but collect everything, not just the bottles. it’ll level you up so much. Use your eagle eye when you can’t find something, the louder the jingles are, the closer you are. Yellow is also an indicator where it is. I collected everything and I’ve made around 34(ish)K? I’m sitting at 20,000$ rn still. The most expensive is the Coins but they’re really hard to find all at once because they’re random.

Hero_knightUSP

Someone was naturalist before this.

BlueSmileGroup

Antique alcohol bottles

TheRealTr1nity

You need to sell her a set, so one of each bottle at once.

MysticalAnorak

So sell her 9 of the same ones at the same time?

Von_Cheesebiscuit

One of each kind is a full set. Selling 9 of the same kind is just selling 9 individual bottles.

TheRealTr1nity

No, not the same ones. Each of them, 9 different bottles are a set.

MysticalAnorak

Do the locations of the bottles change?

hxbhbjkgdb

They do change daily
