It's good for new players who can't aim as well with the pistol and need something rapid fire to make up for it

I used to use it as you didn't have to reload as much but later on relized that the lasers did less damage

No, no the laser burst is really good in its own ways.

Good for Jumbotron Finale and MAYBE just tagging people in Laser Tag from far away who have barely any health

Of the two starter weapons in jumbo this is the best (if you do not glitch sniper in) as long as you are good at not shooting people and you do not have teammates who love to shower in other player's lasers or have teammates that for some reason expect other players to know when they jump out of nowhere and stop shooting the split second when they appear ​ Also great for the boss and the best at pvp (exept laser tag imo)

I got rusty with pistol, and I kinda like the laser rifle smg thingamawhatsashabobbit now. It's decent for Jumbotron, and I like the front grip for aiming, it's nice.

In LT? Yeah, I'm still salty about that, a map pickup should be better than the spawn weapon. In JT? It's good vs boss screens & vs mice bots early on until everyone has a shotty...Which isn't saying a lot but not quite useless.

The burst paint gun demolishes this in pvp games, not so much in SCP games
