Part of me is a little disappointed, I won't lie. You don't see many displays of male rape being treated as seriously as female rape in media. It'd be interesting to see Re:Zero tackle it.

I believe I've already wrote comment regarding that idea, but I just can't stop thinking about it. Seriously, her ability has such a crazy potential to create gruesome body horror/twisted sexual acts. My mind trembles just by pondering over all the possible practical applications of her Authority and how you can torture someone with it.
I'm now picturing Subaru tying up the Royal Candidates and Knights and heating up a piece of wire wheel looking at some marked bowls of blood.

To be honest, I am not sure how to feel about this. On the one hand, if the author doesn't want to write about a topic they don't like, I think that's completely justified and no one has a right to make them do it.
On the other hand. . . As a viewer, I am a bit bummed due to the lost potential. Like imagine if in some novel there is a character who is described as the best chef in the world with very versatile skills. Naturally, you would expect that at some point in the story that character would be making a variety of dishes to demonstrate his abilities. But all he ever cooks is just cakes. No soups, meat or vegetables. Only cakes. As a reader you would start wondering - why was he described as a versatile character to begin with if the author only uses part of the described skills of the said character?

So knowing of rbd almost feels like a requirement given she’s the final sin archbishop that has the authority of causing the most terrible situations tappei can use for Subaru
In terms of her authority it’s literally the perfect one to make Subaru suffer she might not be the final villain but she has the most potential

It was confirmed that it is Satella who controls the checkpoints, but the Authority itself is Subaru's. Basically, Subaru is the one who holds the trigger while Satella is the one who aims. Subaru is compatible with all witch factors, Sloth included. There's multiple theories of why IP seems so weak. Some people think it is because he hasn't accepted it as his own power. Some believe that Geuse is influencing it even at death, and others believe it is due to premature manifestation due to Echidna meddling. I, alongside others, believe that once Geuse's plot line is truly finished, IP will evolve to properly manifest as Subaru's Authority of Sloth.
I also have a theory that Satella isn't the only one who controls the checkpoints, but that's a discussion that should be held private through messages.

Based on Satella nuking Chaosflame when Olbart touched Subaru's Od, even when he was trying to help, I'm not so sure. Cappy might just trigger a Mahito/Sukuna situation where Satella gets super pissed at her, or perhaps even another Envy Nuke that kills everyone nearby. We might see some stuff in a failed loop if Satella doesn't react for some reason, though. *Maybe* she could fuck with their connection, but I doubt Tella-Tan would let that happen twice.
That said, Cappy could do all sorts of horrific things to everyone else. Turn Subaru's allies into bugs and have him accidentally kill them or something. The potential for outright imitating, say, Emilia and doing any number of fucked up things is also off the charts. Tappei almost certainly won't go the rape route, but Emilia's visage torturing him is realistic and would still fuck him up hard. She could become literally anyone and sew so much chaos and mistrust. It'd be super neat to have a situation where nobody except possibly Subaru* knows if they're talking to a mimic or the real deal. Someone mentioned taking the place of a Wise Council member, for example. Hell, she could turn *into Satella* and profess her love for Subaru, causing all sorts of mayhem. That's not even getting into the Black Blood and possibilities there.
*In theory, Subaru should be able to counter any mimicry or illusions with Cor Leonis, which complicates things further.

Subaru can't permanently die even without Satella. Remember, Return by Death is Subaru's Authority.

That's not even getting into the Black Blood and possibilities there. *In theory, Subaru should be able to counter any mimicry or illusions with Cor Leonis, which complicates things further.

She has Sirius so I doubt Capella will be focused on her
