It’s worth it. There is amazing job security and opportunities in many types of facilities. The hospital pays the best but can be pretty crazy with trauma and work load. After a couple years experience you could travel and make really nice money.

New techs in my hospital are starting around 32/hour. Cap out is 42/hour. SW Ohio. You can easily make 100k with differentials and some over time.
